Lore5: Statlines for Artifacts

Artifacts now have "Statlines", where you can incorporate specific numbers or values into your artifacts, e.g. Power Combat weapon statistics.  To use this, edit your submission, scroll to the bottom, and add a new statline.


Report any bugs to me, please.  Adding or editing statlines should NOT unapprove your approved submissions.  However, if you remove such things from the main body of the artifact, it will kick your item back to unapproved.
