Lore5: Just added "Best Rated"

You can now check the "Best Rated" items.  Ratings run from 1 to -1.  Items are shown in order of best average, followed by most ratings (thus, if you average 0.8, you beat anyone who averages 0.5, but if someone averages 0.8 and got 2 more ratings than you did, they beat you).


The top ten items are shown in each category.
