Here lies the lore of the narrative where nothing is set in stone.
Long ago an alien race of philosophers was bestowed upon the life force of the universe. Minerals that were left after the big bang and which name is shared by its protectors, the Grana. As the catalyst towards its creation, the grana held unlimited potential; bestowing wisdom and intellect to its primitive predecessors which then resulted in the first philosophers of their species. Art, science, sports, language, their homeworld became a small canvas for their advancements so intergalactic travel was their next strive.
Eons passed and the grana's reach touched the universe with fragments of the mineral, bringing forth the lives and evolution of their estranged relatives (aliens like martians, us,ect). The grana took on many names, shapes, and forms but its true origins had been obscured by history and beliefs. Earth, the youngest of the grana's vessels, was even further in the dark than its sibling worlds to the point that they believe they are the last sentient beings in the universe.
Now an unknown presence takes advantage of this, manipulating the grana to lay waste on to its youngest vessel. The original proprietor observed the devastation, never before had it seen such bloodlust, this creature - though vaguely familiar- did not possess remnants of the mineral which all living beings possessed. Who is this mysterious tyrant, why is he able to control the grana, and what is the endgame to this senseless destruction?
In this instance, the proprietor enlists the help of those who are deemed worthy by the powers that be in order to fight off this unknown evil. With highly advanced weapons and the return of creatures long thought to be extinct to help them in their aid these selected individuals will face dangerous obstacles as well as their own personal demons as they fight to protect the only home, they've ever known. They are Power Rangers Dino Quarts!
