Despite the prefix I'm not limited to only playing Fantasy. I'll play Fantasy, Science-Fiction, Modern, Superheroes, and just about anything that catches my interest. Honestly I'm not too big on Fandom-related, though I will do it on occasion. I'm generally more interested in creating a story, and perhaps even a small corner of a world with the person that I role-play with. On occasion that's grown into a rather size-able world, but that's not something I'd want to do every time, handling that much of a world and so many characters takes a lot of work and time.
On the time front, I have a career, and while writing is one of my passions, it's not how I make my living currently. Though that could change in the next few years, but either way the takeaway is I can stay pretty busy. I have a lot of personal projects going on, too, so they can take up a lot of the free-time I do have, so I can't promise that I would be able to write every day. Maybe not even every other day, though if I enjoy it enough I'll certainly make the effort to.
I tend to lose interest in things I'm reading when I run into spelling or major grammatical issues, they're jarring and they catch my eyes. I know no one's perfect, myself included, and while I am more forgiving than I used to be, I can't write with someone who does not respect the English language. If you write weird as wierd or thief as theif I won't talk to you. On that same note, I prefer descriptive writing, at least something to set the scene and what is occurring. I dislike rambling and extraneous use of words as much as I do just getting a reply of only a few sentences though.
Is this coming across as negative in places as I think it is? It's not the intention, but I do not want to present myself incorrectly. I tend to mostly write male characters when it comes to the main roles I write, but as a writer I can write women and there have been a few female characters I've really enjoyed playing that I've brought to life. When it comes to pairings I prefer to stick to male / female, not because I have not read and seen occasions where same-sex relationships were just as romantic, or because I have something against it, but because it's my personal preference.
If you're actually still reading at this point, then I have not managed to run you off. So I'll get into actual stories at this point. Generally I prefer to talk to a person and create a story from there based on what interests us both. So I won't be providing too many specific options for what I'm looking for. Passing back and forth interesting ideas on characters and a world is almost as enjoyable to me as the RP itself. I do like to have a romantic element to the story, though I don't want it to be the whole of a story.
So some general ideas of things that might interest me, not in the order of interest:
My interest is not limited to those, but I'll stop there for now. May edit this later, but if you're interested, send me a private message.

So some general ideas of things that might interest me, not in the order of interest:
- I'm a huge fan of the medieval fantasy genre, but again I'm a huge fan of it. So a story set in it that doesn't touch on something I might have read recently, wrote about myself, or RP'ed a similar scenario with someone is a little more difficult to find. I'm still always open to hearing about them though.
- I enjoy Historical Fiction, playing with the rules and some of the events of actual history, but with a setting and characters that are wholly fictional.
- I like Modern stories, both realistic and not so realistic. I'm not too huge a fan of something strictly based on relationship and life drama though, not that they're bad elements, but TV is full of them. Throw something extra in there that's not overdone and make it interesting and I might be in. Supernatural, superheroes, crime, et cetera.
- I love Futuristic worlds, especially anything with a setting similar to Cyberpunk or Shadowrun. Though I also enjoy stories on the level of Space Operas.
- I'm not a huge fan of fandoms and don't have any pairings I'm looking for, I usually prefer to work in a world of my own design. I might be open to the right pitch for something though if it's interesting enough.
