I was thinking of several ideas. One I really like is we(one female and one male) is kidnapped and placed in a lab where scientists experiment on them with DNA of wolves. Somehow the DNA of the wolf infuses with our DNA allowing us to change back and forth into a wolf. Later on, they managed to escape from the lab and the scientists hunt them down.
