'Looking for Roleplayers'?

Hello, this might seem like a silly question, but I was just wondering about the 'Looking for Roleplayers' sub-forum. Um, is there any way that I can get my name up there? Or is it only for the really elite people who do paragraphs and paragraphs of writing in a single post :3? Because I personally would like being contacted by a RP creator as now days it is so difficult to get into a RP hunting. Also it just seems legit to me to have my name up there
