Yuuki is looking for rp partners! I've been rping for a long time now, and actually am doing a great transition from doing mostly group rps to a few one x ones--mostly because of school at the moment and the need to keep my brain from frying.


I don't mind whether it's long term or short term.


I would prefer to rp through threads only, mainly for the simple fact that I tend to forget about conversations easily.

Things to note:

1. I am not very fond of generic pairings, but will consider if convinced with an interesting idea.
   
2. I usually play males
   
3. I tend to like complicated or not-so-easy romances
   
4. I love playing multiple characters
   
5. I need someone that will also drag a plot along as well as feel alright with spontaneity.
   

I have a few broad ideas,but feel free to ask me about pairings.

Fairy Tale in Modern/Futuristic setting

- Think of maybe a Victorian era Penny Dreadful story (Frankenstein, The Wolfman, Dracula, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, etc) in a modern or futuristic setting. It doesn't have to follow the tales exactly, and in fact, could only just take inspiration from it.





Feudal Times China/Japan

- you know all those Chinese movies where when they fight they fly up in the air or play instruments and speak in poems? That would be around the Zhou to Tang dynasties of China, which makes a perfect feudal period romance. As for Feudal Times Japan, the wars between the nobles, the samurai and the warlords are perfect for a forbidden political romance.

- You know movies like Spirited away and My Neighbor Totoro? Those are based off of little folk takes from Japan. Anything that has to do with Japanese spirits, deities, and a journey or an adventure would steal my heart away.

- There are so many things that could be done with this, including an underground rebellion.

*As a note, I honestly don't do romance very often, but I am really feeling sappy at the moment and would like a nice romance. But I really like odd matchups (incredibly big height differences, contrasting backgrounds, tense ships)

I was hoping to do a modern story kinda like Dracula. Sort of that Dracula's wife has reincarnated and they meet again ect and it all becomes a mess and so on. It needs work haha.

Huuuuuuh, Idea.


Maybe it's someone that's either in a family that isn't associated with criminal activity or not associated with the mob at all, ends up encountering and entangling their life with a no-gooder. The no-gooder could either be from another family or an upcoming force?

My only concern is that I really don't like playing characters that chase after other characters. Unless there's a big dramatic reason as to why, I feel like I would get bored with it really really quickly. D;

Upcoming force sounds even better! Maybe incorporate some of The Outsiders' references here and there. Also want our two characters to have some sort of love-hate relationship. They can't stand sitting in a room with each other, yet they can't see a day without them.

I would absolutely love to do a Japanese Folk Tale rp with you! I'm pretty fond of them myself and was super excited when I saw it on your list! Were you interested in, perhaps, a type of human x spirit/folk creature involving a kitsune(fox spirit) or something as the folk creature? I have some ideas for plots if you'd like to brainstorm together...
