Survey Corps
I'll make this quick as possible.
PLOT:
So I was thinking of a vampire couple who lived for a long long time together, surviving through a constantly expanding human world and partaking in it. Both of them are trying their best to fit in, already making human friends but little vampire ones. Their kind has been in hiding for a long time, some adapt, while others live secluded, alone, sleeping and hoping that one day they return to their world.
The husband was a surgeon, though he gave up his career over a incident where he was sabotaged. Someone slipped a potion in his drink making him blood thirsty, crazy in fact. There were few survivors of that tragic accident. The perpetrator was never caught, but who ever it was, he was dangerous to have played with a vampire. The husband had many jobs, for a time delivering pizza's, but now he settled to writing books that never got published. He drinks scotch most days and ponders.
The wife was a lawyer, politician for some time, but today she works privately as a lawyer and has her own book store which she manages with great effort and with pure love. There was a time she would forget about being different, she spent more time with humans than her husband did, but she loved him like crazy. Perks of being a vampire is that her emotions for him haven't faded in all these ages. (Her backstory I leave to you, but I would love if it was grounded as much as possible.)
RULES: Vampires in this universe can walk on the sunlight, garlic, holy water, cross and stake to the heart are all fantasy in here. They can be hurt by humans but never fully killed. They will always regenerate even from a single blood drop, though it would take a long time and can't be fully regenerated alone, they need help if it's that extreme. Other vampires can kill them and so it is forbidden by their law. There are more breeds of vampires which will be held from you till the roleplay. And last of all higher vampires, like our couple over here, have three forms. Human looking one, half turned and fully turned which will be explained later on.
