Multiple Settings Looking for beginner-friendly RP

Hey guys, I’m new here and looking for a beginner friendly rp I can join. I used to be into roleplays and stuff a lot a few years ago, and I am now trying to get back into it again. I’m interested in fantasy, superheros, and some realistic stuff too.

cool!! i have some ideas yeah. do you have discord (i'm _corridorri_ there)? it's much easier for me to get into ooc communication on discord since im more active there, but if you dont that's fine. im gonna list some pretty open random plots that we could do. Muse B (your character) can be whoever you want them to be you pretty much have infinite free range. romance and platonic relationships work in each plot. here's some of the ideas i have in mind:

• During one of the strangest storms in history, a lowly police officer comes across two young children out in the rain, standing in the middle of the road completely unmoving. They take the children in for the night with hopes of siccing them on CPS or whatnot once the storm's let up, but unfortunately for them, the children aren't quite children at all -- and they aren't leaving any time soon. This poor lowly officer has just bitten off more than they can chew. (A low fantasy plot with focus on parent-child relationships.)
• In a post-apocalypse where the zombies aren't completely mindless and infection can take months to fully take hold, Charlie, who was bitten three weeks ago, attempts to survive with a little girl(?), Sadie. His primary goal is to get Sadie to one of the three last known safe havens before the parasite fully overcomes his brain, and to ensure he isn't a danger to her and gets to the safe haven in time, he'll need help, of course. (Post-apocalyptic with some twists. Found family.)
• Ikio is the chosen one. Problem: he doesn't want to be the chosen one. He sees the world on fire and only wants to get gasoline. Magic takes on the form of a person to try to sympathize with him and get him to actually save the world. It isn't working. (Medieval fantasy.)
• WWII kind-of-urban fantasy alternate history (it's a rather strange world. I'm working on it). Sometime in 1941, America and the Allies recruit superhuman children as War Children, and they play a massive part in the war, primarily as figureheads. Ten years after the war, after the mysterious death of one of the War Children, Kem Dawn, third War Child, is living a simple life, albeit a boring one. Some random emo people in their early twenties decide to kidnap him and force him to join their ranks so they can taunt the enemy side, as if to say Look at how strong we are and how much of a threat we can be. We even took your War Child. Strangely, Kem Dawn doesn't need any convincing, and quickly agrees to join them. (Found family.)

i recognize that these are all pretty complicated plots tho so i DO have some easier ones:

• a Your Name kind of plot where Muse A and Muse B swap bodies during random parts of their lives. Muse A and Muse B are entirely different species, though, and are on entirely different planets. Possibly even entirely different universes. (Can be simplified to be from different parallel universes if needed.)
• a slice-of-life plot where Muse A is a streamer and Muse B is their biggest fan. Muse B comes across Muse A somehow and Muse B is elated and immediately jumps at the opportunity to get to know Muse A better. Soon, their excitement begins to dim. Muse A isn't exactly who they thought they were.
• Muse A is a bratty prince/princess and Muse B is their very exasperated, loyal guard. After the kingdom is attacked, Muse B has to drag Muse A out of the castle kicking and screaming. a character-heavy medieval fantasy where Muse A and B are forced to put up with each other -- and eventually come to care for one another.
• another slice-of-life plot (kinda) where Muse A buys a very, very, very, very creepy mansion (the epitome of a horror film, really). It's extremely haunted. Muse B is one of the ghosts there and is notorious for their hauntings. However, Muse A cannot seem to give a single fuck about Muse B's antics. They might even find them amusing. (I can be Muse A or B here, doesn't actually matter much to me).
• a dragon rider school. that's it, that's the plot.

there's some other stuff i have in mind but i don't wanna overwhelm you, but if any of these scratches an itch with you, then feel free to dm me either here or on discord.

I like a lot of them but this one is my favorite. I’ve never done a roleplay on Discord but I’m willing to try it out, it probably is easier on there lol. My user is monkeyquest#4103 on there, I’ll go ahead and dm you.

No worries! Same goes for me, I’m not in nursing but life can get hectic sometimes
