Hello! My name is Mint, and I'm a 20+ year old adult(since people wonder that) looking to roleplay! This is kind of a ramble-fest as I talk, so please bare with me!
I'm looking for a descriptive, on site roleplay as I do not use discord. I'm looking for a partner who will write in the third person, have characters who are not op, and generally just good vibes? I'm pretty introverted and a bit nervous when talking to people for the first time, so please excuse the initial awkward stage! I'm also rather indecisive, so I have a tendency to not mind, so you'll have to pardon that too.
I'm also ghost friendly, as I understand that it can be a little awkward to not want to roleplay with anyone but not know what to say. I always try my best to not make people feel uncomfortable, but sometimes it can just be a roleplay dying down or something. No hard feelings!
I'm into both fandom and original plots, and am welcome to male and female ocs! For me personally, romance is never a necessity for a plot. I'm a lover of world building and exploring, good friendships and adventure. If romance does happen, then it does - so long as it's not forced. The only thing I'd say I'm not into is angst, or rather self centered angst as it can be a bit weird(?) for me, if that makes sense.
I also want to add that in pretty much all cases, I use animated/drawn fcs for my ocs. When it comes to characters I don't mind plotting for some of my looser roleplay ideas, or throwing fcs down with some info and jumping in (since I get forms aren't for everyone, so sometimes basic info is okay)
Anyways enough rambling, onto the plots! (I'm also inserting a writing sample so you can see how I write and decide if the vibes are a yay or nay.)
Below is an example of how I write so you can see!
Elijah dragged his feet slowly, eyes downcast and focused on the grass that had turned somewhat to sludge overnight after the heavy rainfall, mixing with the earth beneath it.
"Dad. Can we at least take a break here?" The boy asks, removing his hand from his pocket to sweep curly brown strands away from his forehead; practically shuddering at how the cold moisture in the air made it stick to his face. "We've been walking for years."
"We're nearly there." His dad murmurs lowly, gaze set ahead in that focused way, even if ahead was only trees and more trees. Elijah didn't get why they had to walk so far and so long. His dad wasn't saying much more then what he already did. 'I want to show you something' could mean anything, which dug root for concern - but Elijah had never not faithfully trusted his dad before. And he wouldn't stop now.
For fandom based roleplays, I do strictly oc x oc; oftentimes with no canon characters. Basically, I just use the established world and none of the shows cast. This does differ depending on the circumstances ofc
Pokemon
Warrior cats
Wings of fire
How to train your dragon
Monster hunters(but the games specifically in which there's riders and hunters)
Naruto(sort of, it's been awhile tbh and I'm vv rusty)
Demon Slayer(vv rusty on this too, but I have a nifty plot sooo)
As mentioned before I'm very big on adventure stuff, so alot of my plots deal with fantasy elements because I cannot help myself
- Fantasy world roleplay where it's like in the games. Do quests for coin, travel around and drop by at a tavern for some drinks! This is a very open ended idea, as our characters can be anything! Two strangers meeting for a quest? Or two adventurers trying to make it big? Who knows, could be fun!
- Zombie apocalypse roleplay? That's it, that's the post. Just zombies taking over and our characters have to figure it out.
- Canine roleplay where our characters are dogs. Not really a fandom so I'm putting this here, but there's a lot of different things that could happen.
- Muse A is a coffee shop/cafe employee whose recently joined the team! They're excited to work at a place that they've loved for so long. The owner is nice, and so are most of their coworkers! Most. Muse B is...kind of a dick to be honest. They tend to slack off, snark back at customers and...don't actually work here but are just friends with the boss. What a challenge. Will Muse A find peace despite the chaos? Or are some things just not worth it? (Will be playing Muse B)
- Due to the threat of hunters, two supernatural packs/tribes/clans opt to join together to increase numbers and strengths. But the problem with that is that getting along is easier said then done. (Initially written with said supernatural creatures to be werewolves, I altered it to fit almost any supernatural creatures? Probably.)
- magic school where you learn cool stuff like spells and transforming and whatnot. If you want it to be small scaled it can be a school for witches, but something larger can be a school for supernatural creatures of any race
Maybe dorms? IDK, it would depend
More plots will be added later! TBH if you have an idea that you think I might like, feel free to share it! I tend to prefer looser plot ideas where I can craft a character to fit - as opposed to too many restrictions and expectations.
