Hey all! I have found myself in between RPs at the moment and with Winter Break having started I have a large amount of time that I don't have much to fill with. This is rather rare for me and is honestly making me uncomfortable.
I don't have anything set in my mind as something to do. I would prefer a Modern or Fantasy RP, Romance is fine with me but by no means has to be in it. I can do either a male or female character and if there is romance I don't mind opposite or same sex things.
Below are some examples of my writing.

Six days had passed and the trio had made better than usual time. The Rho Mountains lay in the distance. Their great peaks held snow, carving their way into the very heavens to great the gods themselves. The other two didn't know it but the Dragon Warrior Monastery and Stronghold was concealed by Illusion Magic, giving off the appearance of not even being there. This was to prevent onlookers from knowing the truth about the Rho Mountains and to make sure that the Dragon Warriors remained shrouded in myth. Another couple days of actually trekking into the mountains and they would come to the Barrier of Tsuyo or Strength in Common. At the Barrier they would no doubt be surrounded and by the Dragon Warriors and taken to the Monastery Stronghold of Yukiyama. They maintained a few temples and watchtowers throughout the Rho Mountains but none as large, well defended or ornate as Yukiyama and the Gilded Hall within the Mountain of Iwa no Kage. They had lived in the Rho Mountains, learning the Magics of the Ancients from the Dragons themselves. Blessed by the Gods and protected by the Barrier the Dragon Warriors had lived in harmony in the mountains for as long as the myths could tell.
Asuna's mind wandered as she sat on the balcony of her family's residence in Yoronoharu, the last city before the Rho Mountains that divided Kyodania horizontally in half. To the north of the Rho Mountains lay the Kuro Sabaku, or Black Desert, a vast dry expanse of rolling sand dunes of black sand. On the northern shores were the only cities north of the Mountains. The Decopolis or Ten Cities as they had become to be known. Sure there were villages but few and great distance lay between them. Asuna had only glimpsed the Kuro Sabaku but had never seen the Decopolis. She knew very little of the landscape or what lay beyond the Rho Mountains. Fortunately they were her destination and not anything north of the Rho Mountains. It had been four years since she had finished her training under the Dragon Warriors and in that time she had never been back, a feeling of regret swelled within her, as she had made very close friends with the Dragon Master himself, and with many of the Warriors and Sages. They had been her friends, her companions and her brethren for ten years while she was there, training. Only in her eighth year did her sisters Ayumi and Kana arrived to begin their decade long training. They shunned her and payed no mind to her, so she had done the same to them while she was there. Now not only were Ayumi and Kana there but so were Haruna and Rin. Ayumi and Kana were in their fifth year, Ayumi in her third year, and Kana was only in her first year. Ino would be joining them in a couple years. Only Ino didn't resent Asuna, and she was very grateful for that.
The residence in Yoronoharu was a small estate that was within the city. The architecture of Yoronoharu was the same as Ryoku City, but to be fair that was standard for the entire Kyodanian nation. The city contained three hills. The Kyuden Hill contained the Wealthy Homes and the Imperial Residence, which Asuna, Kalandriel and Sita were staying in. Though by her request Sita was staying in the Staff Apartments, as she felt more at home there, but Kalandriel was given a guest quarter. Asuna stayed in her own room. Next was the Senshi Hill, where the military trained, and resided. There was a small fort on top of Senshi and it watched over the walled city and the surrounding landscape. Finally came the Megami Hill, where a Temple to Kirosha, the Goddess of Women, Girls and Maidens. Other temples dotted the hill as did a Monastery of Kiroshan Women, who had sworn to forever remain virgins on the penalty of death, but the Temple to Kirosha was at the top of the hill as she was regarded as the Patroness of Yoronoharu. The commoners and the rest of the cities inhabitants resided in the small valleys in between the hills. A large white stone wall encircled the city, defending it from anyone foolish enough to attack.
Asuna moved away from the balcony and proceeded to don one of her finer gowns that she kept in the residence. Walking down the halls until she came to the front entrance, she nodded a couple of guards who followed her at a comfortable distance. She had decided to take a walk through the bustling streets of the city. The people like in the Imperial Capital were lively and happy as Kyodania was winning its war against Vol Vathia. Asuna was greeted with bows and smiles and she returned the gestures. That was something that separated her from the rest of the Imperial Family and thus made her beloved by the people. She noticed them, payed attention to them and didn't mind mingling with them. She spent some time just walking before settling down in the the central plaza that was alive with some music, market stalls and a shadow play of the Battle of Eiroh. Eiroh had been a nation between Vol Vathia and Kyodania nine years ago, before the war. Now however it was a barren landscape where no person dwelt, nothing grew and no one spoke of unless mocking the Vol-Vathians. Eiroh had been a bustling city of trade and commerce and had refused to submit to Kyodania, and then sided with Vol Vathia to show Kyodania that they weren't all that powerful. A few border skirmishes turned into a war between Eiroh and Kyodania, dragging in most of the City States that lie between Kyodania and Vol Vathia as a buffer zone. However that had been the plan from the start and thus Kyodania was more than capable of launching invasions of those City States, annexing them one by one in quick succession, that is before Vol Vathia decided to back Eiroh publicly and join the war on their side against Kyodania. In a show of force and to prove the weakness of Vol Vathia, a Kyodanian army marched into Eiroh's territory torching everything from homes to the fields and even the forests themselves. Finally setting Eiroh alight itself and selling its people as slaves to Arajin and Sondheim. This proved to everyone that Vol Vathia was incapable of protecting others beyond their borders, Kyodania had quelled an enemy but gained a rival. The war was still raging. Asuna rested on a bench and just watched the crowd happily and very content.
Crimson Palace, Ryoku City, Celestial Empire of Kyodania
Sitting under a cherry blossom tree, Asuna was playing with her water magic, forming a design and then using her will to freeze it and keeping the design next to her. The wind was blowing ever so slightly, rustling her hair that was pinned up like normal. The leaves and petals of the trees were brushing and making nice sounds. There was a peace that was settling over the Imperial City, the citizens seemed more alive than usual and were happily going about their days. The Palace also seemed more alive than its usual dreary and boring daily routine. Word had reached the Imperial City that their Sovereign, their Celestial Emperor, was planning to engage Doge Domenico Vorosini of the Republic of Vol Vathia in an open field battle. Everyone was assuming that this would be a resounding victory for Kyodania, as all other open field battles had been slaughters of the armies of the Republic, as such the Triumphal procession that was common for a returning general who was victorious was being prepared for the Celestial Emperor. Banners were being hung, flowers were being placed by the road, and the great city square was being made ready to host the Celebratory Feast that would be held, that would need to accommodate any Imperial Citizen wishing to attend, so in essence tens of thousands. Asuna! Princess! came the calling from inside the Palace. Asuna stood brushing her rear just a little to make sure no grass was stuck there. She smiled at her creations and proceeded to walk into the Palace.
"Princess... there you are," came that oh too familiar voice. Spinning on her heel, Asuna saw an older woman with grey hair and wrinkles lining her clearly advanced aged face. Looking with a forced smile and raising her violet eyes to meet the older woman's brown, she spoke softly, "Yes Hanako? What is so pressing that you must seek me out?" She asked keeping her tone as even as possible. Behind her back she was crossing her fingers and in her mind wishing this wouldn't be a Court Summon where she would be required to listen to the squabbling of nobles. "Your presence, has been requested in the Sages Tower." She said. Hanako turned and left before Asuna was able to ask any other questions. Walking through the Palace and outside, she looked out and saw the glistening white tower that had a blue roof, the Sages Tower, she thought to herself as she wondered what was so important she would need to transcend the steps to meet with the Sages.
Inara looked out over the city walls. The smoke on the horizon could only mean one thing... the Kuro Sabuku tribes were coming again. This would be another siege, another victory for Akazuna and a hopefully the last necessary to win this awful war that had raged for over a decade, and had required the presence of the Princess in order to rally the people and stabilize the situation. Empire of Okinoyama, had sent her, one of their own Princesses to contain the situation in the North because they had already suffered the losses of the Trade Cities of Shirusa and Seisa. Their populations slaughtered or sold into slavery. Why? Because the Imperials from Okinoyama had no right to claim these lands and build cities here. These lands, north of the Rho Mountains where the Great Black Desert named Kuro Sabuku consumed everything. Here the Tribesmen, The Inari, The Ryushi, The Saji, and the Tencho were aligned against the Okinoyamans that were left in Akazuna.
The Princess looked to the man standing next to her, he was older, plenty of battle scares and was the Captain of the Garrison, Commander Iroh, "Commander, prepare for another siege, bring the commoners in from outside the walls, prep the inner city farms for a long one. Send the fleet out of the harbor and to the south. Tell them to wait for the signal before returning with our reinforcements." She said. He saluted her and departed to carry out her orders. Even though there were three Generals, an Admiral and a Ryoji (Governor), Inara as an Imperial Princess outranked them on Civil and Military matters, making her the effective commander of the army stationed in Akazuna. The horizon was darkened by black smoke. Possibly from a village that once stood or maybe a supply caravan destined for Akazuna. Either way it meant the Tribesmen were coming closer to the city and they only did that in preparation for a siege... they were always predictable.
