Hi there! My name is Lee and I'm a literate roleplayer who has been roleplaying on and off for about 7 years. I've been a lurker on this site for a while as I was far too busy to actually jump back into roleplay, but I think it's about time!
I prefer literate roleplay and playing multiple characters, it's no fun without some side characters! I don't mind using an already existing setting or fandom, however, I do like creating characters. Character sheets are a must for me! Especially if we're both playing several characters. Long (or just not short) replies are ideal. I don't want the roleplay dying because either of us doesn't take the time to develop responses. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect books! But respond appropriately. As for specific fandoms or genres, I like a lot of them. I just want some action and, most importantly, angst. If I don't cry at least once I am not interested haha. I like modern or premodern. The only genre I don't love is slice of life or purely romance. Romance side plots are great, I just don't want that to be the main focus.
Some notes, I want both of us to be understanding of our outside life and responsibilities. I wouldn't be posting on here if I didn't have time, however, I have a full-time job and I am a full-time college student that has friends, family, and a partner. I will never leave you hanging for days on end, but there will likely be a day where I cannot respond and a day where I'll respond multiple times. Communication is key, and I will be sure to keep my roleplay partner in the loop when it comes to my schedule. I will extend that same understanding to you. I am also an adult, and under no circumstances am I comfortable roleplaying with someone under 18. I won't ask you to prove your age, but I do ask minors to respect my request and not respond to this post. Finally, as mentioned before, I appreciate the communication. Discussion between my roleplay partner and me is crucial. Whether that be discussing plot, characters, triggers, schedule updates, or even just friendly chats, if you aren't comfortable speaking with me OOC (which is completely fine), I appreciate you reading but we probably won't work as roleplay partners.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to read this, and an extra thank you to everyone who decides to respond! Roleplay has always been a passion of mine, and I'm excited to meet someone willing to share that love with me! I can't wait to see the worlds we create
