Multiple Settings Looking for a friend.

I have no specific roleplay in mind, but I'd like someone I can hang out with and talk to, and someone who would roleplay just about anything with me, at just about any time, because I don't really have that in real life. I do have a best friend in real life who is great and all, but he isn't really interested in what I am (which is okay by me, he deserves to like what he wants), but that means I have no one else to hang out and chat with in terms of roleplaying and other things.
I don't go to traditional schools, and my best friend IRL is my ONLY friend. My sister and I can no longer really "play" or "roleplay" as we are a little older now, and my parents have their own things to do.
I am very socially awkward, not social anxiety, but awkwardness, I always avoid new people, especially other teenagers. Other teenagers aren't normally my type of people, really, especially when I present myself as a hyperactive autistic kid with no social abilities...
However online, I am different, so I would like to take this chance to see if anyone would be willing to talk to someone like me.

I also have a big problem of motivation, I would so very love to roleplay, but I just... Can't start one, I can't bring myself to think of a plot. My mind tells me its a waste of my creativity, which I can use elsewhere. Its as if creating plots for roleplaying would be wasting a limited supply of ideas I should be using carefully, but I know that I can create anything any time, I just don't know how.
