Hey Hey!!
Welcome to my MxF 80s Christmas RP thread. I came up with this the other night and thought I'd give it a try but, first, we need to lay down some rules. These are mighty important.
About Me and the rules:
I am well over 21+ so I require my partner to be that age or over. I just don't feel comfortable RP'ing with a minor. Sorry but it's not happening. No Ifs, ands or buts.
Secondly, I tend to post anywhere from one to four paragraphs in my replies so I would like for my partner to be able to post the same though one or two paragraphs is fine in a downtime in the story. Just as long as it doesn't turn into one lining.
Thirdly, I am very OOC friendly and love chatter and brainstorming (not to mention making new friends.) I am open to all kinds of scenarios just as long as they don't get too weird. Speaking of which, if there is an intimate scene I like to fade to black and move on to afterwards.
Lastly, Please do not ghost me or leave. I know that people get busy and aren't able to reply as quickly as they'd like... I mean it's the holidays after all. I get that but if you're just not feeling the RP then go ahead and tell me. I can take it. No worries at all. We'll just say our goodbyes and go on our merry ways with no hard feelings. Heck, I get busy and am out and about but I will tell you that I'll be slow in responding and will get a reply out ASAP. I won't leave you hanging and would appreciate the same in return.
Okay! Now that that's out of the way let's get to the real meat and potatoes, the plot! I hope that this interests you and we get a chance to write together!
My character is a teen that is at a Christmas party with his family on the beach and one of his female cousins invited a friend over to hang out with at the party so that she had someone to talk to. That friend being your character. Maybe they get introduced and start talking or my character walks over to introduce himself. We can figure that part out of draw up a better scenario. Like I said I'm open to brainstorming.
