If I had to guess, I've probably spent the most time playing skyrim. I would play skyrim on my Xbox every day from the minute I got home to the minute I went to bed, and I did that every day for two consecutive years. I couldn't say for sure but I'd assume that doing something like that probably amounts to somewhere in the low thousands of hours.

So unhealthy.

I would have to say Overwatch. I bought the game back in December 2016 and just a day ago I noticed I hit 600/25 days of gameplay. I think my second most played would be ACNL, third Stardew Valley, and fourth Yakuza 0.
I also played a ton of the Sims 2 + 4, Yo-kai Watch 1, Rhythm Heaven Fever + Megamix, Smash Brawl, and more recently Yakuza 6. I’m broke though so I usually play the games I actually do buy to death

Garry's Mod takes top spot in my Steam games list at over 2.5k hours, but I haven't touched it in ages. Overwatch is my addiction now, and probably takes second place as far as time played goes.

As a kid I apparently maxed out the counter on a ps2 game, Xenosaga, so like 99:99 and who knows what after that (spent a lot of time in the mini games and grinding for these rare costume battles). Since that's not a thing anymore, probably Breath of the Wild. I think my time count was close to a solid week for that and I still haven't finished Trial of the sword or found all of the Korok seeds, but maybe one day I'll decide to do those lol.

Not sure exactly, since there are some games I used to play a lot before I joined Steam (or some games that were just non-Steam games) but according to Steam, the most-played game of mine is Crusader Kings 2, currently at 5,444 hours. I've also got 2,388 hours on Europa Universalis 4 as well.
