-- Literate writer, grammar preferably decent, but honestly if you make your best effort it isn't that much of a big deal
-- Reasonably lengthy responses. I generally feel like between 2 and 8 paragraphs is ideal, and one liners are a serious last resort. Don't feel like you need to write a book every time!
