Lord Beezlebub rules over the Sienna Empire, gracefully. He meets every challenge his nation faces with wisdom, compassion, and patience. He’s beloved by all, and opposing him is seen as a sin worse than murder itself. Entire holidays were made, celebrating his achievements, and some have gone as far as making a religion to worship him, although he claims he’s undeserving of such praise. And to top it all off, he’s a bloodthirsty demon, who kills and eats humans for his own pleasure, taking pleasure in devouring innocent people, and controlling the entire country like puppets.
And this is where you come in, the only human who knows what Lord Beezlebub truly is. What you do with this knowledge is up to you: will you try spreading the word, igniting rumors left and right, making sure the rumors don’t lead back to you? Will you stay silent, fearful of the consequences of opposing Beezlebub? Will you serve him faithfully, in the hopes he rewards his loyal servants? All of it is up to….
World Rules: Of course, the world has magic in it, lol. It’s very common actually. People who don’t even have a military career tend to have magic, adept magic at that. Everyone defaults to one nature or type of magic, but it’s not uncommon for a second one to be learned after decades of training.
The world is basically just earth. No special changes made to the shape or size of the world. The names of the countries are changed, but their shape, position, and size are the same.
The world is set back in medieval times, so don’t expect a whole lot technologically, lol
I PLAN on this being a long term rp, with a lot of characters, story arcs, and moving pieces, BUT, a lot of y’all are creative, so you’ll probably find a way to expose him in just a few paragraphs, lol.
My only request of you is that when making your character, please keep in mind that even though you’re the main character, the world won’t know you as such, at least at the start. So understand that your character is gonna have to work hard if they want to be the strongest, the richest, the most notorious, etc.
But that’s pretty much it, and I look forward to RPing with whoever is interested.
