The mind is a fearsome thing, don't tread on it.
The world is divided. This is not exactly a bad thing. The people are divided into where they best fit based on belief. The factions were put in place because they work, so why tinker with that? It was hard living in whatever faction and knowing you were not guaranteed. To stay in that faction. It was never too easy for people. Knowing that one day your thoughts may change and so will your powers and then you will know that you no longer belong with your family. Most of the world is okay with that. Living like this, with no real guarantee that you can be with the people you love for the rest of your life. Purely based on what you believe in. Why did the world find it so easy to accept? Some people didn't.

There were places where people hide away from everything. Who decided that they didn't care about the world or what they wanted. Some people ended up there because they didn't like the way the faction they belong to operated some, some people fell in love with someone of another faction and went there. This is a story of the people who lived and What are known as 'Outcast Towns'. This story takes place in a very special one.

Kokomo is a small town in the Northern parts of Indiana. It isn't particularly small. A few thousand people who didn't quite fit into any faction for one reason or another. They like the silence that comes with this small of a town. Sort of like living in the country with a lot of Neighbors. This town was known for for being especially tight-knit. They support each other and help one another. The days are warm during the summer and freezing during the winter. Everytime the sun sets the sky turns a beautiful color of marmalade. When the Sun rises the same marmalade color lights up the morning. The smell of the Farms fill the air and the almost country like feel of the air. People were happy. People live here and seem to have nailed the idea of peace. What was their secret? Follow the story and learn how people in a small town learned how to live in peace in a world that is so divided.
