Suggestion Live Update?

Hia! So I know this is an odd question but do you plan to readd the live update addon again? Where it would tell us when a PM/Notif would come in on the browser's tab? I mean, it was so easy cuz I didn't need my email open constantly, but now I do. Just thought I would ask.

We are trying to avoid adding unnecessary addons since that was a major reason for the switch to IPS in the first place (unsupported, broken addons). I'm not certain there is an addon for xF to add this option as the desktop notifications were something for IPS, and we're obviously no longer on that software.

It could also be a matter of your own alert/notification settings if you are only getting e-mail notifications.

You can check your alert preferences here as well as some additional options here. Some users have had to re-watch content due to the switch in order to get alerts.

Not at this point, we are reviewing our options to make it so notifications are more consistent and better for users.
