Live podcasting ?

So I had a question come up that I wanted to run through the @The Staff. And that was about podcasting.


i currently have a blog where I upload audio recordings of reviews and such for my favorite shows. I was wondering if I would be able to do live podcasting as well through that? Where I post a link to the site I'm podcasting form when I'm live recording and have people interact when I'm actually talking or would that be considered advertising?
