I don't believe there is, as signatures can be expanded and collapsed. If you don't want to see signatures, you can turn them off in the options menu~

I don't believe signatures can be collapsed anymore. You can turn off signatures still, but it's an all-or-nothing, you can't select to only turn off certain users the way you can in xF.
There isn't a specific limit on picture size, but we do expect people to be reasonable. If you feel someone's gone beyond reasonable limits, feel free to report them and Staff will consider it.
