Low contrast. Preferably low contrast light (dark text on grey, beige or pastel background), but that's really uncommon. So I'll use dark mode if its white on grey, but if dark mode is black its weird on my eyes so I use light mode.

When I get to set a custom color scheme, its something like this.

Dark mode is just so much easier on the eyes, and it also provides a level of privacy.
