It's 2019. Russia is going through a silent revolution without knowing it, and when the war starts, Russia will be blindly led to thinking it was America who attacked St. Petersburg.
Play the first part of the game as John McTyler, a CIA analyst posing on Yosef Gorbachev, a "soldier" in the Russian Liberation Army, headed by Nikolai Borodin, a man good-natured at heart, but hell-bent on doing anything he can to free Russia from the President's communistic-type rule. A tactical genius, Borodin has his plan figured out.
In the second part of the game, you play as Sergeant First Class Daniel Winters, an Army Ranger part of the 4th Battalion, 43rd Platoon, Squad Delta-Alpha 7. Your leader, Captain Darwin Reynolds (Played by Storm Stone), a courageous, wise, fearless, and battle-hardened officer who would never ask his mento do something he wouldn't do himself. The two of you, and your squad, are tasked with fighting your way through Washington, DC, the first target of Russia, and rescuing the Speaker of the House, now the Acting President of the United States, as both the president and Vice President had been killed when a plane hit the Oval Office during a meeting.
