Information: This monstrosity was created by the scientist Victor Frankenstein who tasked himself with making a new superior version of the human race. Unfortunately his creation came out a bit wrong. It stood eight feet tall, and was quite horrifying to look at. Even its own creator was repulsed by it. The monster escaped and tried to fit into society. Which shortly afterwards lead to it commiting a series of killings.

Location: Last sighted in the Outskirts of London.

Atherra was a normal girl until she fell through a frozen lake. She thought she was going to die - and she did - but she emerged from the lake dripping water and without a heartbeat. No matter how long she'd dry herself off she would remain soaked like she just got out of the lake. She confronted the lake again and she discovered her ability to survive underwater and even control the element. Her true home was beneath the water now, so she stayed and legends spread of a beautiful woman in the water. The Lady of the Lake.

Dr. James H. Watts

Information:
An archaeologist at heart, James Watts studied medicine as a surgeon in Her Majesties Armed Forces. From a good, upstanding family with a lineage of doctors, it became evident from a young age that he would follow in their footsteps. His true love, however, had always been history. After being dismissed and having served in India, Watts returned home to open up his General Practice in London. This GP uncharacteristically was located in Whitechapel, working with charities for the poor and turning a small profit that barely covered what costs for instruments. When a close university friend invited him to an archaeological dig in Romania, James accepted and enthusiastically joined him in a small town to discover the secrets of ancient empires. Yet fate plays cruel tricks on the mortal realm.

No one survived but the half-dressed and maddened Doctor Watts. When they found him he spoke of nothing but angels and demons until hospitalised. The truth was they'd found something in the depths of an old church catacombs, brushing with what the common man would know as Flamel's Philosopher's Stone. James had said he'd been trapped in the catacombs for years without food nor water, whilst in reality, it had only been a week. Since emerging his powers manifested shrugging off injuries and as yet - having not aged. Symbols are carved into his arms, scars litter his features, and still the events of the catacombs only return to the Doctor in vivid flashes of colour and noise.

Other recorded effects of this strange occurrence have been measured among manipulating metals, turning them to liquid, altering the shape, and changing the composition. From iron to gold. Save for this, he suffers pain albeit no illness and if a wide scale burning or dismemberment were to happen, the results have not been recorded. Watts has not been keen on attempting. Currently James is studying his own blood, attempting to replicate the elixir that the stone has gifted him.

Being a gentleman, he is never first to shoot, and only kills in self defence. Driven by an acute sense of kleptomania, his robberies are not driven by greed, as much as they are driven by his constant search for a thrill.

Information:
Dzahewer Qakh was born in Qing Mongolia to noble parents. From a young age, he showed a strange, almost unnatural ability to focus and predict. This mental acuity meant the boy was carted off to Hong Kong, to undergo studies by the British. With age, and training, the ability matured, and grew, and he began capable of incredible long shots using firearms and ridiculously fast reaction times. After reaching adulthood, and fighting off Qing attempts to kidnap and conscript him, Dzahewer moved to Japan for a short period of time, getting British backed government permission to isolate himself on the mountains of Hokkaido. And to this day, he is there, having trained himself to react to the slightest thing with almost instantaneous reactions, alongside learning that this focus extended to his physical speed, allowing him to move faster, albeit not all that much. Sightings of him are scarce, and most that do see him, in the snows of Hokkaido, flee, thinking him a snow spirit coming to claim their soul. This isolation and local superstitionous residents earned him the nickname of 'Hokkaidō no akai yūrei', The 'Red Ghost of Hokkaido'.
