“That would be...” she started, with all intents to rebuke his offer, then changed her mind. She did not want to have another brush with the ‘guilds’. “...yes, that would be enough.” Glacia ground the heel of her shoe into the floor and squared her shoulders. She stared at the guard unblinkingly, with irises so pale of a blue they might have been white.

(( laughingman12 laughingman12 alright))

He stared back at her for a couple of seconds, his eyes dimming a little, then he said while looking towards the drection of the inn,"lets go then, theres bound to be more of those people the darker it gets." He began walking to the inn slowly waiting for her to come."Do you want a map?"

The sun had started to set when the commotion had happened, now it was near total darkness, for the exception of torches every 20 feet.
crescendi crescendi ,by the way he has no eyes, ther're just balls of light floating in the eye sockets,i forgot to include that))

(( laughingman12 laughingman12 okay))

Glacia only made a noncommittal noise in her throat, and fell into step with the guard, eyes focused on the horizon.

Did she want a map? No, she had already required help more than enough times today. She pulled her jacket tighter around her. “No, that will be all,” she replied, curt and dismissive of him, not even bothering to even glance in his general direction.. The sun was setting quickly; she’d be lying if she said it didn’t make her nervous, although the emotion was only detectable to the trained eye.

The guard just said "hm." when she made the noise, when she denied the map,he noticed the rudeness in her voice, then looked at her,and said "Alright then, lets get you there safely my dear lady." ,in a sarcastic tone, then started walking in a brisk pace, muttering to himself, not looking back to see if she was catching up.

As they walked, more groups of those people but they did not try to approach this time, because they saw her traveling with the gaurd,so they just stood watching them from the allys and doorways.

Glacia picked up her pace to match the guard’s, huffing a little, but didn’t ask him to slow down. She eyed the groups of people with an open suspicion (and slight disgust), although she did not look at them for long. If he wanted to walk in silence, fine. It was better not to waste her breath anyway.

The town started to look cleaner and less crowded the closer they got to the hotel, then the guard stopped abruptly and looked around suspiciously, then started to walk again,cautiously..
There were a couple of guards at the windows of the hotel but no one was outside at all near the hotel or the area there.
(sorry for the late reply crescendi crescendi )

(( laughingman12 laughingman12 its fine, i completely understand!))

Glacia recognized the guard’s anxiety, and, thus, if her guide was nervous, she should be nervous. Her shoulders bunched up, but she still was careful to keep her breathing even.

Even if the streets did look more well-kept, that did not mean a different breed of criminal was not lurking. “This is it?” Glacia asked, looking up at the hotel. It seemed...empty.

He was still walking cautiously when they were 10 ft away from,he said,"yes, this is the place.",in a uneasy voice.

The air seemed drop down several degrees, making feel as if it was cold enough to freeze water..
He made it to the door and opened it.
( crescendi crescendi oh ok thanks, ill describe the hotel in a bit)

( crescendi crescendi i was going to have a battle with the technology here now,do you want to do that or no,your choice, you dont have to be part of it if you dont want to)
A Very old sign next to the door said:
The Hotel esperia is the right choice for visitors who are searching for a combination of charm, peace and quiet. It is a small, comfortable hotel, situated in Larea. The Derai family and their staff offer an attentive, personalized service and are always available to offer any help to guests.
The hotel is arranged on three floors. On the ground floor, apart from the reception, there is a comfortable lounge where you can sit and drink tea, or just read. There is also a splendid terrace, where, you can relax and immerge yourself from morning onwards in the atmosphere of daily life, watching the city travelling about and people gathering together and filling the alleyways and little squares with their chatter.
The rooms are arranged on the first, second and third floors. On the top floor, there is also a delightful terrace or solarium available for the use of guests, from where you can enjoy the wonderful view.
The breakfast is served in the lounge on the ground floor, and also outside on our little patio during the summer months.

Glacia stopped. She eyed the guard, noticing his nervousness. “Is there something you would like to tell me?” she asked coyly, picking up on the guard’s nervousness and jumping the worst conclusions. She was personally exhausted in more ways than one, in both physically and of conflict. She tried to make herself look intimidating—and probably failed, seeing as she was short teenager and this was an adult guard much taller than herself. Perhaps it was just a hunch that something was off, but people had lived and died off of hunches.

(( laughingman12 laughingman12 sorry, but i’ve just been busy with school!! we can still do that))

he looked at her and said, "Something's not right here, there should be people out here..,you should get inside..", He said in a honest, nervous voice.
The temperature seemed to drop several more degrees..

(oh ok,i see crescendi crescendi )

Glacia gnawed on her lip, clearly going through some sort of internal conflict. “Alright,” she responded in a semi-hushed voice, pulling her coat around her tighter, deciding to uncharacteristically trust the guard. She pushed open the door, getting a rush of warm air onto her face. She cast a nervous glance outside as the door shut behind her, sharp blue eyes openly troubled.

A swirling dark blue smoke or mist was coming from the end of the street, opposite from where they came from, everything the mist touched froze, making everything colder even more,2 guards moved past her, through the door and stood next the guard she was with, one had the same suit as him but the other had a armor, that had lights on it.They were in a defensive position.

all the other guards were standing inside.any people who were down the other street were gone.

Fear started to climb up Glacia’s throat as she was still halfway in. She could not calm herself, and her nails dug into degloved palm. Her chest started to rise and fall rapidly. Her mind froze and spun simultaneously, thoughts too fast to make any sense of and too slow to formulate any kind of plan. She still knew what happened when she panicked, and this did not ease her in any way, and just lumped onto the preexisting anxiety.

So she stayed there in the doorway, frozen in terror, eyes fixtated on the coming mist. Something was horribly, horribly, wrong.

The man in the suit with light shot a beam of intense heat at it,as the beam came 2 feet from the mist,a sphere appeared and the beam bounced away, not hitting anything and going into the sky.
The one with the glowing eyes, shot a beam of ice, making a shield 20 ft away from mist,as the other guard with normal clothes held a sword that glowed with a yellow, warm light. The other gaurds standing in the hotel with her held a assortment of magical and non-magical weapons;Axes, swords, bows, bats, etc, one even had a tiny wooden sharp pointed stick{toothpick}.

The mist broke through the ice shield like nothing then stopped 15 ft away from the hotel. There was a uneasy silence as the mist just stayed there..

Missles flew out of the mist, straght toward the hotel, but the 3 gaurds began shooting and blocking them but a few managed to get through hitting the top floor, where some of the guards were and hitting in rooms around her, exploding, one flew right past her shoulder, hitting a door behind her, exploding.
Humanoid machines began to come from the mist, just walking, ready to attack anything that got in their way.

Glacia stayed frozen, wearing an expression of panic. Her mouth opened and shut at the chaos, a pain consuming her sternum. She stumbled, stiffened, tears pricking her eyes. Her eyes were slowly turning red, and her skin was taking a similar tint.

Glacia was trapped in too much of a panic to even try to surpress her destructive form, and let out an animalistic noise, rattling in her throat.

All the guards with normal weapons, which were most of them, ran out through a back door, because they were too afraid to fight the machines.
The ones with magical weapons, which were less then a dozen, ran outside to assist their comrades.

The gaurd that had met her first looked at her, when she made the noise,he got surprised and his eyes glowed white when she started to change.
He yelled,"Are you alright?" while freezing one of the machines core, shutting it down.

Glacia’s eyes rolled toward the guard. “No,” she whispered hoarsely. "I need—I need—" Oxygen was suddenly hard for her and she shook her head to respond. No, she was not okay. "I am—danger." Horrible sentence structure, but hopefully the guard would understand. She thrust the degloved hand toward him, showing him her reddening palm. "I can't control it," she managed to croak out, voice rasping and scraping her throat.
