call me mono. just an oldie looking to dip my toes back in before i start group rping again. if i ghosted you last time, feel free to reach out if you're still interested in partnering up with me. c: it's 100% my fault in all honesty. i don't have any real preferences when it comes to genders and romantic orientations for my characters, though i will admit i'm rather shit at portraying women in love lmfao. as for activity, i will be frank: expect 2 posts a week at MOST, while my post length tends to mirror my partner's. if you write me a novel i could probably scrounge up a similar reply, but it's a bit of a turn off for me unless i'm REALLY into my partner's writing style. i'm really only interested in the plots below. some quickfire stuff:

be 21+ (18+ is pushing it, but passable depending on vibe check)
ghost-friendly on your side; i'm ghost AND nag-friendly so just give me an elbow jab if i haven't posted
communicative about wants/likes/dislikes and ESPECIALLY triggers. i got none, fyi, just some squicks.
friendship not required, but appreciated. i only expect a certain level of camaraderie so it isn't awkward
discord ooc is a must. i dont check rpn enough for my dm's
rping in threads is also a non-negotiable. my dm's are exclusively for correspondence​

Kinda craving an arranged marriage, but with the typical LN twist of transmigration. If you'd like to follow the usual heroine/villainess trope, one of us could plain the heroine and the other the villainess. Would highly prefer cast of characters with each of us having "mains". I've got a few more loose ideas kinda rolling around in my noggin, but would prefer bouncing ideas off of my partner before delving into it.

Setting-wise, I'm envisioning fantasy, modern magitech, or modern/realistic. If you've got a plot in mind though, just throw it my way anyway!

Highly inspired by Persona 5, Kamikaze Kaitou Jean and Magic Kaito. I'd love to play a master thief and someone tasked to catch them. This one I'm actually envisioning as a more romantic relationship, with some more specific ideas that I would like to expand on if you have interest. Mostly for other members of the roster that I think will be pretty important in the story.

I've got some mild interest in playing the detective in this one, but I have a character in mind waiting in the wings for the thief if you prefer that side. I really want a modern setting, but willing to bend a little with some magic elements ala Kamikaze Kaitou Jean.

Was thinking of doing an almost episodic rp where we follow a group (maybe four people?) of an underground supernatural police force in an urban fantasy setting. We could develop the mystery together, OR we could each be in charge of a mystery while the other person tries to sus it out.

This isn't something I'm super into right now, but I can be incentivized with the right character pitch.

A rundown estate with a failing business. A grumpy groundskeeper and a naive heir. A supporting cast that plays wingmen to their budding relationship that end up in relationships themselves. If this sounds like the start of a cheesy romance set in a fixer-upper mansion, that's because it is. This could be strictly realistic, or we could introduce subtle magic elements, or even set it in fantasy world.

NGL I'm a sucker for these types of stories.
