I, Hiruzen Sarutobi, The Third Hokage, hereby acknowledge publically the renewal and reformation of Konoha Team 13. Team 13 has been formed with the intent to train and evaluate the genin placed within and to prepare them for their future as Hidden Leaf Shinobi.
Contained within this file is documentation relating to the team and its members. This file is not to be made available to the public and will be only made available to the Team Leader and those with direct permission from the Hokage upon request.
Team Leader
Clair Uzakami is an experienced Jonin who has been selected personally by Hiruzen Sarutobi to lead this team. Calm, collected, calculating and observant- It is hoped that such a well trained and respected shinobi will be able to train team 13 in a rapid fashion so as to ready them for the possibility of a war. Both herself and Minato Namikaze were handpicked for this very reason.
Team Member 1
Luna Kusaki showed great promise in the Academy much like her brother before her. Despite clearly having a latent skill and having been given personal training by her brother- Luna did not make any effort to excel within her class group. For a genin, her skill with the earth release is above average and her chakra control is leagues above most of her age. To this end, it is believed and accepted that Luna Kusaki has been actively hiding her true strength so as to not stand out, something she and the Team Leader have in common. It is believed that she may be a possible candidate for the Anbu should her future progress permit it.
Team Member 2
Rinka Miyuki is a person of interest to the security division. A member of the Miyuki Clan, Rinka Miyuki is the first known member of the clan to possess the capacity for Ice release following the clan's defection from the Mist to Leaf two generations prior. Although a member of a branch family the security division is wary of the fact Rinka Miyuki may pose an internal threat to the Village either by way of sabotage or by being a target for assassination by a scornful Main Family known as loyal to the Mist. For this reason, she has been placed into Team 13 under Clair Uzakami so she can not only be trained but also protected and or sealed. The Miyuki clan likely suspect this to be the case but has not been told so in any official capacity.
Team Member 3
Gensou Shinri is a member of the Shinri Clan and is suspected to have inherited the special Kekkei Genkai of the bloodline. This makes her both an incredibly strong asset to the village as well as a possible landmine. The Shinri Clan is one of the oldest clans of the land of fire and has specialised in genjutsu to the point where they have achieved a level thought impossible. Gensou Shinri has been placed in team 13 under the watch of an Uzakami so that should her bloodlines more negative traits become a danger to herself or the village, her powers can be sealed or she herself eliminated. Approval for this approach has been given by the Shinri Clan Head.
Team Member 4
Takeshi Kagirame is the fourth member of Team 13. Although teams typically consist of three-person cells an exception will be made for team 13. Takeshi Kagirame is an exceptionally rare Kekkei Tota user and has shown the ability to wield the steel release. Despite personal training from his father and several subtle nudges by the academy unbeknownst to Takeshi Kagirame it would seem he is still unable to control his nature actively. To this end Clair Uzakami will be tasked with not only training the usual team of 3 but instead four with a special emphasis on awakening the steel release within Takeshi Kagirame as soon as possible as it could prove immeasurably beneficial to the leaf's defence should war brake out.

Backstory:
Clair is an only child born to the Uzakami Clan Head and as such is the next in line to inherit the title. Trained from a young age in both sealing and summoning techniques, Clair is considered to be one of the foremost experts in the village on said topics. That being said the Third Hokage and Anbu rely on her when dealing with matters that involve the village seals and when transferring high-value targets/prisoners from one location to another. A former Anbu herself Clair is a well-respected yet low profile member of the village who has always done her utmost to ensure the safety and prosperity of its people and border.
During her time in the academy Clair was a good student but by no means was she an overachiever. Always subtle in her actions, observant and from a good clan background, Clair was a prime applicant for the Anbu even from such an early age. Clair would, however, despite her parent's wishes, never push herself beyond what was required or expected of someone her age. Graduating second in her class after Minato Clair made the decision to join a team over the Anbu as a genin. A decision that her parents very openly disapproved of considering the Anbu's prestige and insistence.
As a Genin Clair began to grow quickly in terms of skill and finesse. Her summoning techniques and sealings rapidly grew in power now that she could take the time to explore them in the open. D rank missions were of no concern to Clair and her team and after but a few the group was assigned C rank missions instead. Still, this posed no threat to Clair and as circumstance would have it during one of these missions she would take her first life. A highway bandit of no reknown, but a life nonetheless. Naturally, this took its toll and after a brief period of emotional turmoil, Clair steeled herself to the reality of her job and the world. This event would finally spur Clair on into agreeing to undergo stricter tutorage from her father and later that year into undergoing the Chunin exam.
Clair passed her Chunin exam on the first attempt but as faith would have it her team members were not so fortunate. This was a turning point in Clair's life, she could continue to partake in missions with her team or instead seek to join another and progress as a chunin. It took some deliberation but Clair would eventually decide to progress and join another team alongside her classmate Minato and an Uchiha. Together they formed Team 3 and would specialise in quick and rapid assaults on enemy camps. C rank missions were a common occurrence and the team would regularly be tasked with taking out camps of bandits and the occasional rogue ninja. Team 3 would later be incorporated into the Anbu where all three members would be promoted to Jonin.
To date, Clair has accomplished many feats and missions, namely 300 A rank, 20 S rank and roughly 400 B-D rank. Clair keeps a low profile and although a member of team 3 and close friends with Minato she strives to keep her name out of the limelight.
Clair officially left the Anbu a year ago alongside Minato in order to take up a position as a team leader. There are murmurs of a war approaching and as such the current generation needs to be made ready as soon as possible.
Personality:
Clair is a respectful individual who treats others how she herself would wish to be treated. Trust is a trait she places enormous value in and those who brake her trust will find it hard to repair. Clair is the type to bottle quite a lot up inside and naturally as a result, the type to also smile through whatever pain or negative emotions/thoughts she may be having. Calm, collected, precise and efficient Clair is a woman who has her head on straight, an excellent Ninja and a promising future Clan head. Clair can, however, be somewhat laid back when it comes to her approach to everyday life, when not on a mission she tends to act more aloof or carefree and when it comes to everyday chores she tends to be dreadful. Cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, crafts and childcare are most certainly not her forte.

The Uzakami Clan are a branch Clan to the Uzamaki Clan. Following the destruction of the main branch, the Uzakami clan was brought under the banner of the hidden leaf for protection. The Uzakami Clan do not boast the same red hair as the main branch but does benefit from an enhanced skill in sealing Jutsu as well as larger chakra reserves. That being said these enhancements pale in comparison to the main branch standing to be around half as strong in direct comparison.
The Uzakami Clan have been incorporated into a small settlement opposite and akin to the Uchiha compound on the outskirts of the village. The Uzakami Clan stands at around fifty members strong and it has been tasked with maintaining the village seals and barriers as well as assisting in the sealing of prisoners' jutsu. Although a distant relation of the Senju Clan the Uzakami Clan has developed a good relationship with the Uchiha Clan and often the two clans cooperate with one another when it comes to policing and patroling with the Leaf Police employing roughly one Uzakami member to every four Uchiha.
Where the Uzakami Clan diverges from the Uzamaki is in terms of summoning. The Uzakami clan has developed a strong aptitude and affinity toward summoning justsu. Although still very much focused on sealing jutsu the Uzakami Clan is renowned for its wide range of summoning techniques and large store of summoning scrolls and contracts. Where many struggle to sign but one summoning contract an Uzakami can sign up to three without much strain. Although no Uzakami has achieved sage mode yet many have come close and the clan also seems to have a sense of natural energy and how to manipulate it.

Backstory: Luna was born during mid-summer on June 26th. Being the only child born within her clan since her elder brother who’s ten years older than her. Most of her life from within her small clan’s village isn’t remembered. Still only being an infant by the time it got destroyed. During the panic, Luna was taken by her brother, Angelo and they fled to Konoha. It’s still unknown where their parents are or what happened to them, as they got separated while fleeing from the ninja.
Now in Konoha with no place to call home, Angelo sought help from a construction family that knew their parents very well. After explaining their situation the family happily took the two siblings in. Months go by and there's still no sign of what happened to their parents and the other clan members. Around that time, Luna was being cared for by the family while Angelo was completing work. He wasn't sure what to think about their situation but had decided to not dwell too much and work hard to give him and his sister a good life in Konoha.
As the years go by, Angelo enrolls and graduates from the academy within two years. Making him twelve and Luna two. Luna, for the early years of her life, has fond memories. Playing with some of the older girls and the mother of the family while also watching her brother closely. She understands enough that she and her brother don't live with their real parents, but all she's ever been told is that their parents got lost while traveling, never knowing about the attack that happened to her home village.
As she neared the age of four, she started to get some training from her brother. Who began trying to teach her easy earth releases and chakra control training just like the elders of their clan did for him. Still want to keep that sort of tradition alive in a way. Angelo barely knew how to perform explosion jutsus and knew almost nothing about seals. But he really wanted him and Luna to stay in tune with what their clan is supposed to be known for. It was just hard to do without a proper mentor.
When Luna finally entered the academy, she did very well just like her brother. Having a strong sense of chakra control and just generally studied and worked hard. However, she opted to take her academy years slowly. She wanted to be able to stay with the same group of kids so decided against trying to graduate early. Plus, she wasn't a fan of having the spotlight be on her. She prefers laying low or staying off to the sides.
When they finally reached graduation, Luna was comfortable with her placement within the top ten. She really didn't see the value of rankings and, admittedly, didn't work as hard as she could at times. But that never seemed to bother her. She always had her brother to help train her! Who, at this time, was 22 and a jonin! She really admired his explosion and sealing techniques and knows how hard he worked to perfect it. Her main goal is to be just like him. Not only because she thought it was really cool, but also because it felt like the only way for her to stay connected to the clan that she knows nothing about.
Personality: Luna has a bit of an awkward personality. She's a bit more on the reserved side and just never really knows how she wants to interact with people. She definitely prefers listening to others over talking to them. However, she does have a bit of a habit of judging people. While she isn't the most vocal, her expressions easily give away what's on her mind. Positive or negative. She really enjoys balance in her life. Want to have a bit of everything. Because of that, sometimes she slacks off a bit if she feels she's been working too hard. Or doesn't want to go all out to avoid getting too exhausted. While this habit may be good in some places, it's generally looked down upon. Though she doesn't really mind. She tends to stay indifferent to opinions about her. While she enjoys praise as much as the next person, she's not too bothered by criticism. Unless it's from her brother that is. Whose opinion she treasures greatly.
Clan History: The Kusaki clan is a small but respected clan that first resided within Iwagakure during the creation of the village. With their adept use of Earth Release, they were easily able to create buildings and structures alongside the other ninjas at the time. Once Iwagakure was complete the clan made the village its home where it was first revealed to the village that the people from this clan possessed a Kekkei Genkai that made their chakra explosive.
Throughout the years Iwagakure made use of this ability. Using their chakra and seals to create bombs, weapons, and explosives that non-explosion users could use. Through this process, Kusaki clan members rapidly adapted to sealing arts as they already possessed excellent chakra control due to the nature of their chakra. (Aka. they need lots of chakra control to prevent everything they touch from exploding.) Later on, they even formed a special unit of ninjas who were all capable of using explosion release. Which later gets named the Explosion Corps.
However, these peaceful times did not last long. With Iwagakure and Sunagakure's constant conflicts with each other and the approaching great war, the population of the small clan got scarcely low. Already being a small clan with a low birth, the clan seemed to be on track for extinction, which led to some distance being put between the clan and the village. They wanted to stay uninvolved and protect those who were left of their clan. This, unsurprisingly, led to even more conflict between the clan and the village as they weren't able to cooperate with each other. It also didn't help that the clan did not agree nor approve of the Tsuchikage tactics and deception during supposed times of peace with other countries.
And it was around this time that the clans decided to become independent from the village. Their reason was that they did not want to be affiliated with a village of low morals. And overnight the small clan disappeared from the village. Setting out to find their own area to call home. Where they created their own buildings and structures just like they did for Iwagakure long ago. Now in their own independent village, the clan chose to remain neutral or indifferent to the five main countries. Never affiliating with one or the other. They performed any sort of request that didn't involve attacking or comforting other villages. Their main requests were both construction of new buildings and the creation of weapons with seals. One of the biggest requests they got was to assist with a set of some new buildings that Konoha wanted to implement.
The majority of the clan was sent to the village to assist with the construction which took several weeks to finish. But after the hard work was done, only tragedy befell them when they returned home. Their small village had been attacked and destroyed, supposedly by ninja from Iwagakure. It was lucky for them that the majority of them had been away to avoid a potential massacre. Those who were left behind were nowhere to be seen and Iwaga ninja were still present in the village. So it's unknown whether they were killed, taken hostage, or managed to successfully escape.
The small remaining few of the clan ended up splitting apart. Taking refuge in either Konoha, Kiri, or Kumo. Which were the three villages they remained on the best terms with.
As of now, the Kusaki clan still remains very small and now very spread out; though they also don't really consider themselves a clan anymore. With members being affiliated with several different villages around the world.

Once Iwagakure was complete the clan made the village its home where it was first revealed to the village that the people from this clan possessed a Kekkei Genkai that made their chakra explosive.
Throughout the years Iwagakure made use of this ability. Using their chakra and seals to create bombs, weapons, and explosives that non-explosion users could use. Through this process, Kusaki clan members rapidly adapted to sealing arts as they already possessed excellent chakra control due to the nature of their chakra. (Aka. they need lots of chakra control to prevent everything they touch from exploding.) Later on, they even formed a special unit of ninjas who were all capable of using explosion release. Which later gets named the Explosion Corps.
However, these peaceful times did not last long. With Iwagakure and Sunagakure's constant conflicts with each other and the approaching great war, the population of the small clan got scarcely low. Already being a small clan with a low birth, the clan seemed to be on track for extinction, which led to some distance being put between the clan and the village. They wanted to stay uninvolved and protect those who were left of their clan. This, unsurprisingly, led to even more conflict between the clan and the village as they weren't able to cooperate with each other. It also didn't help that the clan did not agree nor approve of the Tsuchikage tactics and deception during supposed times of peace with other countries.
And it was around this time that the clans decided to become independent from the village. Their reason was that they did not want to be affiliated with a village of low morals. And overnight the small clan disappeared from the village. Setting out to find their own area to call home. Where they created their own buildings and structures just like they did for Iwagakure long ago. Now in their own independent village, the clan chose to remain neutral or indifferent to the five main countries. Never affiliating with one or the other. They performed any sort of request that didn't involve attacking or comforting other villages. Their main requests were both construction of new buildings and the creation of weapons with seals. One of the biggest requests they got was to assist with a set of some new buildings that Konoha wanted to implement.
The majority of the clan was sent to the village to assist with the construction which took several weeks to finish. But after the hard work was done, only tragedy befell them when they returned home. Their small village had been attacked and destroyed, supposedly by ninja from Iwagakure. It was lucky for them that the majority of them had been away to avoid a potential massacre. Those who were left behind were nowhere to be seen and Iwaga ninja were still present in the village. So it's unknown whether they were killed, taken hostage, or managed to successfully escape.
The small remaining few of the clan ended up splitting apart. Taking refuge in either Konoha, Kiri, or Kumo. Which were the three villages they remained on the best terms with.
As of now, the Kusaki clan still remains very small and now very spread out; though they also don't really consider themselves a clan anymore. With members being affiliated with several different villages around the world.

Luna Kusaki showed great promise in the Academy much like her brother before her. Despite clearly having a latent skill and having been given personal training by her brother- Luna did not make any effort to excel within her class group. For a genin, her skill with the earth release is above average and her chakra control is leagues above most of her age. To this end, it is believed and accepted that Luna Kusaki has been actively hiding her true strength so as to not stand out, something she and the Team Leader have in common. It is believed that she may be a possible candidate for the Anbu should her future progress permit it.

Ranked fifth in her class upon graduation Rinka is believed to be quite the hidden gem for Konoha and at last something fruitful to have come from the sheltering of the Miyuki Clan.

Gensou's full story is not known to themselves, the details often remaining vague and their parents rarely talked about in detail, often deflected with comments of "They were good people, They did the Village Proud, It was part of being a Shinobi" though her God Mother would tell some stories, these were not entirely reliable due to her nature of embellishing and wild-strung fantasy tales. Storys such as them defeating several armies, demons and even sending a rabbit to the moon.
What is known is they would vanish at an early age, perhaps believed KIA or maybe MIA nothing is certain, instead, this would leave her to be raised by Uke Erai, a long time family friend and God Mother, raising them as one of their own.
This has also aided in their lack of knowledge regarding their clan and traditions, the vague answers further so, and although this has saddened them deeply, they would push this aside and attempt to enjoy a happy childhood before their eventual joining of the academy, often looking up and sticking close to their adoptive sister Mochi, and by proxy her friends/team often observing when they could. Being fascinated by many of the wilds strung stories of both her Sister and Mother, inspiring them by such fantasy represented as truth.
It would be found however that they lacked talent in any particular area they were introduced to, often failing despite their efforts, though the theory was sound and their academics were high, it was the practice that caused the most issue. Despite this, they still tried to push forward to attempt to become a Ninja, inspired by words whose origin they could never fully recall. It wasn't until they were 8 that they would meet Chou, who was apparently supposed to have shown up earlier yet got lost.....for 8 years. It would be here that they would discover the main issue behind their development, with their main talent actually laying in Genjutsu, but the method they had been taught and attempted was in fact ill-suited to their particular style. This was a result of their bloodline core ability, something Gensou had known very little about until they would be mentored by Chou on such.
As a result their development almost skyrocketed overnight, with all the lessons suddenly clicking into place and so their fire and path were renewed, as well as them bonding closely with chou, often being led or venturing around the village. This did cause slight curiosity given the nature of chou, being unable to be seen by those they did not wish to be, making many doubt their existence.
Within the academy, they would remain highly social, if consumed by the fantasy and stories of the lands, in particular, were tales written by an old sage that she had managed to "borrow" from her mother's collection.

With focus, such can even manifest physical effects in the target such as injury with the awakening of her eye. This eye allows the user a mastery of Genjutsu beyond Its normal limits, affecting not only the target/s but also the waking world itself. Many of its techniques are often mistaken for Ninjutsu's due to misunderstanding the true nature of the Bloodline.

Backstory:
First born of two brothers in the Kagirame Clan, Takeshi’s childhood was mostly uneventful. Very intelligent as a child, his nose has been buried in complicated books and encyclopedias as soon as the age of three, absorbing their contents like a sponge. Needless to say, his parents were very proud of him and had high hopes for his future. While continuing the family business would be appreciated, someone with Takeshi’s talent and wits would be wasted on the career of blacksmithing.
As many kids did, Takeshi eventually developed an interest in shinobi and started going around playing ‘ninja’ with friends. But of course, Takeshi didn’t only want to play and pretend. Why fake hand signs when he could try and learn actual ones? This led the young, curious mind into exploring his household in his endless search for knowledge. There weren’t too many books on shinobi in arm’s reach but his father was a jonin; there was bound to be something, somewhere. And as one would suspect, the attic most definitely held what Takeshi was looking for: scrolls. But not just any scrolls -instructions and guides to allow the use of Steel Release, a type of jutsu seemingly exclusive to the Kagirame Clan. However, only few possessed the natural aptitude to be able to use it.
Still, Takeshi tried. He practiced. Learned basic signs. The theory behind Steel Release. Practiced again. He was only 7 years old and hadn't even started training in basic ninjutsu, yet tried time and time again, for many nights, to perform a Steel Style jutsu using the scroll’s knowledge. He was smart despite his age; why try doing something this difficult when he couldn’t do anything else?
Smart? Sure. Stealthy? Kind of. Once again, above average for his age but not enough to fool his jonin old man. During one of Takeshi’s many nights of late hour practice, his father caught him in the middle of weaving signs for a jutsu. Awaiting his father’s angry voice, Takeshi was perplexed to hear nothing short of a surprised gasp. Looking down on his hands, the young boy was surprised to see his hands covered in shining metal. It lasted for a few moments only before his skin returned to normal but it didn’t matter. He did a Steel Style jutsu. Even his father never managed to do it.
Takeshi tried again. Weaved the exact same signs. And, unlike last time, nothing happened. His skin stayed normal, unchanging. Then he tried again, with the same result. He did it once, why couldn’t he do it again!?
Understanding what Takeshi was going through and not wanting to let this talent go to waste, his father decided to enroll him at the academy -Takeshi has already proven to be able to use Steel Release by accident. Surely he’d be able to do it again with practice and proper education. He was right about the age to start going to the academy anyway so everything was laid down nicely.
Years at the academy went by quickly. Takeshi performed quite nicely, although he was a little distracted at his failure of performing Steel Release again. However, he went about it methodically, step by step. Instead of continually aiming for the big prize, he’d start small -master the three chakra natures that made up Steel Release. Fire, earth and lightning. Maybe the key would be to practice these natures. As a budding Steel Style user, he had an affinity in all three of those natures so the road up wouldn’t be too long. Hopefully.
Upon graduation, Takeshi held a steady place in the top 10, thanks to his intelligence, fighting skills and aptitude for ninjutsu. But there was no progress at all on what he really wanted. It’s like something was missing. Real life experience, perhaps? Takeshi sure hoped that was the case.
Personality:
Takeshi may seem like a quiet soul like any other at first, often zoning out and not talking nor moving much. His mind, however, is always racing, eyes darting around to try and pick up every detail about his environment and the people around him. What’s this thing made of? What’s this man thinking? How does that seal work?
Fascinated by the very concept of knowledge, Takeshi loves nothing more than to pick a book about an interesting subject to read and memorize everything about it. He’s got a great attention to detail and has a knack for picking up lies and deceptions.
He’s mostly quiet by choice and can easily speak and open up to those he deems trustworthy or interesting. Getting his full trust might be difficult but an unbreakable loyalty lies for those who manage to make it happen. While Takeshi is self-preservative by nature, he becomes extremely selfless once the people he loves are involved.
Due to being in the Kagirame Clan, Takeshi has been taught the secrets of smithing and crafting from a young age and possesses some experience in creating weapons.

In fact, the Kagirame Clan created many of the weapons that would be used by the Hidden Leaf’s shinobi. When the First Shinobi World War came around, a few members of the Clan took arms as well in order to fight and do more than simply manufacture weapons.
During the war, it has been revealed that a particular member of the Clan, Tsushino Kagirame, detained a powerful jutsu never seen before at the time: Steel Release. As a Kekkei Tota, Tsushino and her use of Steel Release jutsu would greatly tip the balance in favor of Konohagure. Unfortunately, near the end of the war, she was sent to a secret operation to the Hidden Mist and never came back, presumably killed in action.
Many years later, a second user of Steel Release rose up in the Kagirame Clan, confirming that this power only seemed available through their blood. Users of this Kekkei Tota were undeniably powerful, causing the Hidden Leaf’s Hokage and elders to keep an eye on the clan, silently watching in case a new member of the clan would develop an aptitude for Steel Release. Whether to keep them out of bad hands or to use their power for themselves.

Takeshi tried again. Weaved the exact same signs. And, unlike last time, nothing happened. His skin stayed normal, unchanging. Then he tried again, with the same result. He did it once, why couldn’t he do it again!?
Understanding what Takeshi was going through and not wanting to let this talent go to waste, his father decided to enroll him at the academy -Takeshi has already proven to be able to use Steel Release by accident. Surely he’d be able to do it again with practice and proper education. He was right about the age to start going to the academy anyway so everything was laid down nicely.
Years at the academy went by quickly. Takeshi performed quite nicely, although he was a little distracted at his failure of performing Steel Release again. However, he went about it methodically, step by step. Instead of continually aiming for the big prize, he’d start small -master the three chakra natures that made up Steel Release. Fire, earth and lightning. Maybe the key would be to practice these natures. As a budding Steel Style user, he had an affinity in all three of those natures so the road up wouldn’t be too long. Hopefully.
Upon graduation, Takeshi held a steady place in the top 10, thanks to his intelligence, fighting skills and aptitude for ninjutsu. But there was no progress at all on what he really wanted. It’s like something was missing. Real life experience, perhaps? Takeshi sure hoped that was the case.
Personality:
Takeshi may seem like a quiet soul like any other at first, often zoning out and not talking nor moving much. His mind, however, is always racing, eyes darting around to try and pick up every detail about his environment and the people around him. What’s this thing made of? What’s this man thinking? How does that seal work?
Fascinated by the very concept of knowledge, Takeshi loves nothing more than to pick a book about an interesting subject to read and memorize everything about it. He’s got a great attention to detail and has a knack for picking up lies and deceptions.
He’s mostly quiet by choice and can easily speak and open up to those he deems trustworthy or interesting. Getting his full trust might be difficult but an unbreakable loyalty lies for those who manage to make it happen. While Takeshi is self-preservative by nature, he becomes extremely selfless once the people he loves are involved.
Due to being in the Kagirame Clan, Takeshi has been taught the secrets of smithing and crafting from a young age and possesses some experience in creating weapons.
Clan History:
The Kagirame Clan has been around since Konohagure’s first days, their clan members revealing themselves as capable craftsmen, most notable for their blacksmiths. In fact, the Kagirame Clan created many of the weapons that would be used by the Hidden Leaf’s shinobi. When the First Shinobi World War came around, a few members of the Clan took arms as well in order to fight and do more than simply manufacture weapons.
During the war, it has been revealed that a particular member of the Clan, Tsushino Kagirame, detained a powerful jutsu never seen before at the time: Steel Release. As a Kekkei Tota, Tsushino and her use of Steel Release jutsu would greatly tip the balance in favor of Konohagure. Unfortunately, near the end of the war, she was sent to a secret operation to the Hidden Mist and never came back, presumably killed in action.
Many years later, a second user of Steel Release rose up in the Kagirame Clan, confirming that this power only seemed available through their blood. Users of this Kekkei Tota were undeniably powerful, causing the Hidden Leaf’s Hokage and elders to keep an eye on the clan, silently watching in case a new member of the clan would develop an aptitude for Steel Release. Whether to keep them out of bad hands or to use their power for themselves.

Clone Technique: Create an insubstantial afterimage that moves alongside Takeshi.
-Transformation Technique: This technique allows Takeshi to change his appearance. For now, he can only manage to transform into other humans of similar build.
-Earth Style: Sculpture: The use of this technique creates a small object made of stone, from a bowl to a kunai.
-Fire Style: Heat Up: Using this jutsu will heat up whatever Takeshi is holding, up to a boiling point (although it takes a few seconds to reach that heat).
-Lightning Style: Spark Spray: This jutsu conjures a shower of sparks in front of Takeshi. Its offensive power is lackluster but the lights serve as a good sudden distraction.
