T'Zul was only a youngling when his people attacked AOSHR. As with most Acolians or better known by AOSHR the Wraith children he was tribeless. Most of their kind would end up in their parents tribe but all had to prove themselves.

He heard stories from other Wraith about a group of people who seemed to be helping the their enemy's. Warriors who could go toe to toe against their elite warriors and win. He thought of them as interesting he would've liked to fight one of these Knights if he was of age and tribe to go to war.

As the years passed he was accepted into the Racar tribe becoming one of their fiercest warriors. He became bored in time and one day snuck across the demilitarized zone. He found the Knights and asked to join. As the shock and suspicion died down he was accepted into the academy

Eleanora comes from a small family consisting of her parents, herself, and her younger sister. Without the presence of an older sibling, she learned to defend herself from bullies and other threats. Her parents paid for self defence classes and Eleanora used to wealth of resources out there to teach herself to wield a weapon. Her weapon of choice became both the bo staff and the jo staff due to the ability to make them at home herself. In fact, given a thick enough wooden resource, Eleanora could make one wherever she went. Her own personal one was specially made by her metal-working father, such that it can collapse into a small 2-inch long tube.

Her upbringing kept her close to her younger sister, who was subject to bullying. Eleanora herself had gone through bullying with the people her age for being unafraid to express herself. This led to her being very protective of her younger sibling, wanting to protect her from the cruelties of teenage girls. Unfortunately, she didn't manage it. She did, however, provide a safe space for the younger girl. She even took on the responsibility of teaching the girl self defence, as she didn't seem interested in martial arts at all. Self defence would at least be useful in the long run, even if the younger Williams was yet to realise it.

Eleanora's younger sister left for higher education, leaving Eleanora herself with a defensive hole to fill. After many years of being a protector, she needed something else to defend. She wouldn't join AOSHR as they had abandoned Earth previously, and the United Earth Federation didn't feel... Big enough. No, Eleanora needed something bigger to protect, something more vulnerable. She needed to protect those who would need her most. She had only heard whispers of the Knights, but she heard enough. Eleanora searched everywhere she could to find out the information she needed to put forth her application. The day of her acceptance into the Academy's recruitment process was one of the happiest days of her life, second only to the day her sister came home from the hospital for the first time.
