PERSONALITY
Kiyoko is extremely lacking in pride. She doesn't consider herself to be that great, but that doesn't mean that she will just put up with some pureblood elitist making her feel like trash. She is outspoken when she needs to be, but for the most part prefers calm one on one chats with friends, hanging out on online forums, and playing video games. Her attitude is very much just "Don't mess with me and I won't mess with you, but we can be friends if you aren't a jerk." She hides it very well, but she is actually quite self-conscious, always feeling as if she will never be good enough. Though, that could just come with years of being around her parents.
APPEARANCE
Kiyoko stands at 5 feet 7 inches tall and moves gracefully, as so many years of her mother berating her has resulted in. She has tan skin, dark brown almost black eyes, and black hair that she lets grow out as long as it will before getting split ends, which is usually to her mid back. She doesn't style it in any way, just lets it hang in waves. She likes dressing casually and will hardly ever dress up, unless she is around her parents.
HISTORY
Kiyoko was born to Akemi and Junko Tachibana. Her father is directly descended from the Tachibana Clan of Samurai, something he holds very much pride in. Both her parents are your average middle class shop owners that are very serious about their children's schooling. Kiyoko has two older sisters, Nanami and Ayami who are muggles and attend University in Japan. When Kiyoko received her letter, her parents were irate, calling it some sort of joke that someone was playing on her. When they found out the truth, Kiyoko demanded that she go, and they did not approve, but they supposed it was for the best. They don't treat her cruelly, but they are unkind and rather choose to ignore her existence, only speaking to her to ensure that she choose a sensible education track. She is too scared to disappoint them, she does what they want.
