"Great." She smiled. "Follow me." She turned back and walked back into the castle, passing the main room. Behind the staircase, revealed a pair of double doors. A maid opened the door revealing the bright landscape. In front of her stood a table with chess pieces, waiting to be played. Veronica slide her fingers on the rims of the table and stood next to a chair. "Please take a seat." She said to the knight. After she took hers, Veronica sat in her own, where she would be playing with the black pieces.

Ayame sat there in shock. She was doing so well and then within a blink of an eye she found out she lost. Ayame looked up from the game and saw the queen's wicked grin.

Time skip

Veronica has changed into her fighting uniform. A dark red cape draped behind her and her black leggings hugged her legs tightly. Her combat boots were made of black leather and her crown was set aside in her castle. "Show me what you got.." She smirked she held her sword in one hand and stood there, waiting for her opponent. Villagers, poor to the rich surrounded her and the knight. Their faces showed their horrific feelings, knowing that their queen was a skillful swordsman and rogue. A child started to cry in the distance.

Eden looked around, noticing the crowd gathering to watch the fight. He blocked them out and focused on his target. He decided he would use his usual, quick motion tactics to defeat her. He slowly unsheathed his sword, and gave it a few spins. "May the best man... err... woman win." Eden rushed at the queen, slashing at her with his sword.

Veronica knew his strategy, she started to aim for his loose lims, especially for his feet. Her sword clashed with his but her arm strength happened to be stronger. She slashed at she feet, trying to get him off of his balance.

Eden continued to block her attacks. She sent a low blow to his legs, sending him stumbling back. He somehow managed to keep his balance and returned the attack. Knowing she would out strength him if it came to it he continued his quick jabs and slashes, the clashing of their swords echoing.
