CrystalFuture39

Time-Traveling Girl From The Future!
Name: (Both first and last.)

Age: (Any, but preferably 18 or older if you're a king/queen, 18-40 if you're a knight, 16 or older if you're a servant/maid, and 12-17 if you're a child of the king and queen of Mephora/Seralis. As for the ordinary folks; do whatever you want.)

Appearance: (Any hair color if you're royalty, but preferably normal hair colors for knights, servants/maids, and ordinary people. And if you're royalty and have an unnatural hair color, please make sure it's fitting for your power; especially considering that only royalty can have powers. The normal hair colors are black, brown, blond/blonde, red/orange, and white. Also, considering that having unnatural eye colors is possible despite being extremely rare, those are allowed. But keep in mind that unnatural eye colors is EXTREMELY rare. So if your character is an ordinary person, a servant/maid, or a knight, stick with normal eye colors like brown, green, and blue. As for the royal guys... Anythings possible! And yes, you can use a picture as reference if you want.)

Clothing: (As long as it looks fantasy-like, anythings possible!)

Role: (King/Queen of Mephora/Seralis, Knight of Mephora/Seralis, Servant/Maid of the Mephora/Seralis Royal Family, Child of the King and Queen of Mephora/Seralis, and Ordinary Person are the roles open. Though "Knight of Mephora/Seralis", "Servant/Maid of the Mephora/Seralis Royal Family", and "Ordinary Person" are infinitely open. But you have to ask me, have good spelling and grammar, and be online at a consistent time in order to get "King/Queen of Mephora/Seralis" and "Child of the King and Queen of Mephora/Seralis". And yes, you can have multiple characters.)

Side: (Good, Evil, or Neutral.)

Kingdom: (Mephora or Seralis.)

Personality: (Self-explanatory. Also, make sure that it doesn't contradict itself.)

Power: (Only include this if you are related to royalty or in the Mephora/Seralis Royal Family.)

Backstory: (This is the most important part about your character. Include what happened before the first war, what happened during the first war, what happened during the streak of peace, what is going on now, and include how your character felt during all of that. Don't screw up.)

Other: (Whatever doesn't fit in the other sections goes here.)

Here's my character.

Name: Iris Peranra (Though she changed her name to Moonlit when nobody remembered her as a princess. And yes, Peranra was the name of the original kingdom before the kingdom split into two; Mephora and Seralis.)

Age: 17 (She was 12 when she was declared as the heir to the throne and was trapped in a well, she was 13 during the first war, 14 during the second war, 15 during the third war, and 16 when people forgot about her princesshood.)

Appearance: She has shoulder-length black hair (though it was long during her princess days), and azure blue eyes. She also had slightly pale skin.

Clothing: She wore a simple black dress with white ruffles throughout the town. Along with black socks and black and blue boots.

Role: Mysterious Princess

Side: Neutral.

Kingdom: She lives in Mephora.

Personality: She's quiet, smart, mysterious, rebellious, cryptic, and doesn't like people bossing her around.

Power: Illusion magic. It comes with being able to turn invisible, teleport, use telekinesis, and just create illusions.

Backstory: She was once the princess of Peranra. She had two older brothers; twins to be exact. They were born at exactly the same time; so this meant that neither could inherit the throne. The good brother who controlled light magic accepted it, but the evil brother who controlled dark magic couldn't. When the brothers were 18 and she was 12, their father died. The mother died while giving birth to Iris. It was decided that Iris would be the new heir to the throne; due to the older brothers being twins born at the exact-exact same time. The evil brother was enraged, so he hid Iris in a well deep in the woods where nobody could hear her. He didn't kill her because he wanted her to die a slow, painful death. The kingdom was then split in two kingdoms; Mephora and Seralis. The good brother ruled Mephora, and the evil brother ruled Seralis. Then a war began. Meanwhile, Iris escaped the well due to a strong storm causing a tree trunk to fall into the well, thus giving her a way to climb up. It certainly was quite the stormy night, and it was the day before her 13th birthday. She started wandering through the forest, hoping to find her home. She then saw the ruins of the old castle, and realized it was too late. She decided to live in the ruins of her old home; due to the place being rather empty. She lived there for a year. The ruins were of no use to her now, and were unsafe, so for her 15th birthday, she decided to live in the woods. When she was 16 she found the city of Mephora while she was looking for food. She wondered if people remembered she was a princess... They didn't. People didn't recognize her. Nobody remembered her. Nobody cared about her. So she cut her hair and changed her name to Moonlit, and vowed revenge against her evil brother.

Other: Her weapon is a black, white, and blue sword.

Name: Artorias, the Abysswalker

Age: 20

Appearance: raven black hair, cold blue eyes

Clothing: Old, scratched up, obsidian black armor with wolfish features around the helm, faded azure cape on his back, a plume of jet black horse hair raising from the top of his helm

Role: Knight

Kingdom:Seralis

Side: Neutral

Personality: Usually calm and collected, sometimes quite proud, if angered he will turn his blade upon those around him without remorse, lives for honorable battle

Powers: can focus his corruption into a single blast, completely draining his energy

Back story: Back before the first war, Artorias trained frequently at the castle, perfecting his skills with a greatsword. He was always seen happily sparring with the elite knights of the king, soon joining their ranks. During the war, he was dragged away from the front lines, brought before the king hoping to be put back in service. The king, wishing to test out what would happen if he feuled a knight with dark magic, cursed him. Artorias passed out, and when he awoke, his armor was blackened, his greatsword, usually shining, was cold and dark, much like its master. Artorias soon got his wish to be back on the front lines, going on dark magic fueled rampages, He was held a hero amongst the knights after the war ended. Artorias didn't enjoy the peace for long, for the dark magic took a hold of him, causing him to slay seventeen of his fellow knights before he was subdued. The king, knowing Artorias was a danger to those around him, banished him from the kingdom. After a year of restlessly wandering the wilderness,he stumbled upon a small village of the kingdom of Mephora, settling down, finally finding peace. Yet as war usually does, it found the small village, causing Artorias to wield his sword once more, this time protecting, instead of destroying. He felt glad as he was honored, given the name Abysswalker, since during the fight, black magic corrupted the ground below him.

Other: has a giant black iron jagged greatsword, breaths out black mist in attempts to purge himself of the dark magic.

Name: Terra Green

Age: 23

Appearance: Terra's hair was colored blue in an alchemical accident when she was younger, but she hasn't bothered to reverse it.

Clothing: Terra wears the robes of the Royal Alchemist of Mephora when on official duty (if you don't want this role, I'll change it.), and normal clothes pretty much the rest of the time. (Replace the cloth color with whatever color represents Mephora.)

Role: Royal Alchemist (if not, then a servant who happens to do alchemy, and takes that as her job. Your choice.)

Side: Neutral

Kingdom: Mephora

Personality:(Self-explanatory. Also, make sure that it doesn't contradict itself.)

Backstory: Terra was a child learning the ways of an alchemist from her father as a child, with the naive thought that she could discover a potion to bring her mother back, perhaps by discovering the Philosopher's Stone, which would allow the user immense power, and creating a potion with it. Either way, as Terra grew older, this thought was shoved violently aside when she learned of equivalent exchange. It was impossible to recreate a human soul. So she focused on her studies more, and when her father was sent off to war, she was able to keep their shop running.

As the war went on, more and more people came to the shop with requests; healing potions, potions of strength, potions of stealth, all sorts of stuff. She worked hard, day and night, to keep up with her quota. One servant dragged her and her set of transportable tools to the castle so that she could heal the servant's sick friend. Afterwards, as a result, she was called to the castle more and more, which led to her gaining her current position.

After the war, work slowed, but she was still relied on, and was asked by many nobles to discover a way to transmute lesser metals into gold and silver. While she did want to know how, and was researching it, she refused. She searched for the sake of knowledge, not to force inflammation upon the kingdom and cause economical havoc, and not to let anyone live forever in order to become corrupt.

She's being called upon now more that ever to create poisons, offensive potions, defensive potions, enhancement potions, to enhance weapons and armor, and even among a naive few, bless them with luck on the battlefield. Wow, people are weird.

Other:

The alchemy I have here is a blend of FMA and potion stuff (like you see in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and other popular games), although it has more to do with enchantments than actually creating things, and the circles being drawn for transmutation are required, although on a lesser scale to the point where having the runes in the right place can cause the desired effect.

I hope you're okay with the role I created and such, if not, once again, I can change it..<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_11/Terra.jpg.4b646457472da28f9d58ae3bf69f1ec8.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="85266" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_11/Terra.jpg.4b646457472da28f9d58ae3bf69f1ec8.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p><p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_11/57a8c5a7e0312_TerrasRobes.jpg.d25fa15e866a014d2e2e64b8e9093cbf.jpg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="85279" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2015_11/57a8c5a7e0312_TerrasRobes.jpg.d25fa15e866a014d2e2e64b8e9093cbf.jpg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>
