Short character Bio:
Rebecca has been treated like a princess since birth.
She was always bored in the common wealth and searched for something entertaining.
One day she encountered an old man who was also a scrub.
He was a skilled fighter and therefore she wanted him to teach her fighting.
After her 21st birthday she got bored of him and killed him just to test her fighting skills on a living being.
She didn't get punished for the murder because she was from a rich family and the man was a scrub.
She participates in the tournament because she doesn't want people from poor districts to come to the common wealth.

Personality:
She is very spoiled and disrespectful. She considers people who do not come from the common wealth as scum. She is very arrogant and confident in her fighting skills but she gets
scared when she senses danger. She is also sadistic and is ready to fight unfair to beat stronger opponents.
