Yu does what he can, or feel like addressing in your post. GMs will give everyone a rundown of the consequences to their actions in a round up post, as soon as everyone gets theirs in.
To reiterate, you have creative liberty to choose what you want your char to do in order to accomplish their given orders.
For example, Yu have already set their subordinates to work the fields. So in the next GM post, the toils of Yu's labors will be revealed. The more details you elaborate, the more likely the positive aspects will come around.
If you are unsure of what to do with your char, consult Shu Jin or work with other chars within your respective branch for help. Go to me or Mal for discussion OOCly if needs be.
