Hmm...isn't there that gender-swapping Knack that's fairly easy for a Lunar to get? Probably wouldn't be too hard to use it, then pause halfway...she'd just have to do it as a Stunt!

Everyone who asks a question like that is under the assumption that the size of the breasts is equal to the size of the penis/testicles. I don't see how the two bits of flesh would be linked, as they're different parts of the body entirely. If anything, massive breasts would more than likely lead to massive man-breasts if such a transformation actually happened.
