Kept On Getting Logged Off, Is This a Bug?

So quick question. I usually open RPNation on PC when at home. When at work, I used my mobile phone. I realized that everytime I logged in into RPN on PC, the one in phone got logged off, and vice versa. Honestly this is a bother because I have to log in everytime I switch device. Is wondering whether this is a bug, or is it intended?

With some browsers and devices, it is intended.  If you use Google Chrome, I recommend signing into the browser on both devices.  This may allow you to visit the site without having to log in every time you switch from your laptop to your phone.

I believe it has to do with cookies, browsers, linked accounts and such. I have the same problem when switching from phone to PC and back, despite using Chrome on both. Oddly, using Chrome on my tablet does not log me out of PC, nor vice versa, but the issue with the phone happens with both tablet and PC.
