Also just so you know all canon characters are different than their actual base. For example my batman...is almost nothing like Bruce wayne. My supergirl is very different. As is our flash and our aquaman. You're welcome to make your own twist on any existing character.
Understandable. But if you notice in most stories pertaining to characters like Spectre, Sentry, etc. They dont often have many other characters with them...also just FYI the more powerful beings are made, the stronger, or more meta the villains have to be. The things we are dealing with cannot be solved with power but they scale to us and our world. If someone like say...Spectre was there the enemies would be dangerous enough that our leaguers couldnt compete. And i assure you NOTHING in the marvel or DC universe could handle this threat with power alone. Teamwork and coordination (not to mention strategy.) Are needed more than power in this so keep that in mind if your still interested.
Thats why i put a list of the existing characters. Read the lore, Character creation guidelines, and Other CS's i am sure you will find something. Its really not as hard as it seems like, i am working with just about everyone to make them fit well in this world and am willing to build lore around characters like i am doing with The Flash and The Joker in this world.
If you say so. Personally i think you may be overthinking a bit. What always helped me was to look up images first. Have an idea of what i hope to find and then design the character around the image i find. But then again im weird.
Aww I thought you were referring to my character with jokers "last" words. He will live through her sort of thing. Oh well looks like my joker may get some revenge of her own... hopefully.Oh man your mind is in line with mine.

Either of those would be good. But both of them would find their power sources effected by whatever is effecting the other forces of the universe. (The Green, The Grey, The emotional spectrum, the speed force, the Omega Effect, etc.)
Its quite likely. And in a way i was. I edited the canon for your Joker character and the events that you were a part of are directly responsible for the events that lead to The horror to come from the clown prince of crime. Think of this as a comic book. We are currently in the Displacement Crisis, but many many issues exist within that event. Then after the event many many issues will continue to unfold. If done correctly this could be an infinite RP.
For a villain yes but i ask that if you do villains you make at least one hero as well. Multiple characters are encouraged.

In the pile of characters my friend. Throw up a cs. It is still effected by the strange source but not as much. Think about it this way the emotional spectrum all together is tied to the same energy as the Lanterns batteries. Your dude feeds on Pain Fear and Hate (or negative emptions in general.) Regardless those forces have also been altered. It effects your character less however because he feeds on that energy and converts it to malicious energy. Quick question. Does your character have a connection to hell?
