Why do I have the feeling we will be seeing the Joker in this hell plane?
Curious how twisted can you even make the Joker? The guy has maybe one definitive backstory, and even that's left to doubt.
Which is cool, because it leaves a LOT of room for improvisation.

No not as in characters but best example is edi from mass effct 3 they can control robot bodies and tech stuff.
Genral origin is the sphere was made by a race in some previous/ alternate universe at the end of time as a way to escape. So the thing uses stupid advanced tech and can ride out a big bang or two. Still it got damaged somehow which broke the areas holding the minds of the race,who were is a slowed down digital world, which accmulating issues slowly killed them all excrpt one. The makers daughter shoes mind was stored in a safer loctaion leaving her to float alone in space for 100 years till landing on earth.

So thats gonna be a no then. Extradimensional stuff is hard to come by and Big bang survival is huge Hell no. Even if its the device itself. (Disregarding the fact that there are no big bangs to have survived.) But most importantly the whole manipulating mech bodies removes the danger from close to half of the leagues villains and is gonna cause me problems down the road with plot stuff so sorry but that idea is declined.

Thats a fair point...however this is not the Canon 52 universes. This is a part of MY multiverse which has a different origen for universes that the impossibility of the big bang. A different ending for them as well.
Your characters seem to have a common theme of being very powerful.
