Anywho here is the maximum allowable stats for all psyonic powers. If you choose to max out one of the parameters you cannot max out the other.
Telekinesis-
1/2 million tons max lift. (Skyscraper level.)
100 miles max range (requires some form of sensory enhancement as well.)
Telepathy*-
Maximum range 1 AU.
Maximum potency-Multiple Defence breaking.
*when targeting player characters you find some otherworldly force prevents you from bending their will. However they are still susceptible to sensory manipulation via telepathy such as illusions.

Fair enough. If your character draws power from another dimension bear in mind that it will have the same otherworldly force acting on it as the speed force, Lantern spectrums, and other forces.

yep and depending on how close they are to the veil it might really bug them they can't hear the things beyond maybe, just have to figure out if i should be human or some kind of alien

Between 60 and 80 for lex and yes to the tech thing. He is also a bit more of a contributor to the world and the JLA. Not quite a good guy but if he is a villain the world doesn't know it yet.
