((Welcome everybody! If the staff member sent to retrieve your character is an NPC, go ahead and just control them to get you to the school (so thats Zatara, Wildcat, and Martian Manhunter). I won't be picky about staying IC since I'm forcing this upon you ;P Glad to have you all here!!))

The day had finally come. The day which would begin the course of change for nine students' lives - and hopefully many more after that - educating and training them in the ways of being a superhero, molding them into the heroes that would be fit to replace the current members of the Justice League when that day came along.

Superman had done all he could to ensure the safety of this island. Only the faculty knew of its true location, and it was cloaked in magical mists to prevent it's discovery, much like Wonder Woman's home, Themyscira. The only way they were allowing students access to and from the island was via boom tube. Boom tubes that should be transporting them any minute now.

Superman waited alone, standing in the Tube, the academy's boom tube complex, with connections all over the world. Aquaman was apparently M.I.A., but the other staff members had been sent out to bring the students here.

Batman had been sent to Gotham, to bring back his son, Damian. From what Clark knew of the boy, he was talented and well-trained, that was for sure. It was more of an attitude adjustment that he would need - he was violent and conceited.

Hawkman had been sent to pick up Nightwing from Blüdhaven. Clark was very impressed by what he had seen of Dick so far - he seemed to be level-headed, experienced and dependable. He may even be a candidate for the leader of the JLA one day.

Zatara was to bring his daughter Zatanna, obviously. The girl had potential, that was for sure - but Clark was concerned how she would fare in the midst of these more experienced students. He was sure she would do fine, but she had a lot to learn.

The Flash had been sent for Impulse. Bart particularly concerned Clark - not just the pairing of his naivety, courage, and super speed - but his constant reckless endangerment of himself, which often led to catastrophe. Clark had almost placed the boy into the Rogue dorm...he still wasn't completely against the idea.

Barry was also going to pick up his nephew, Wally. Kid Flash was another young man with a lot of potential, with a good head on his shoulders. It seemed he sometimes needed to take things a little more seriously, but he showed promise.

He was sure Red Tornado could handle bringing in Ambush Bug. Irwin was a...special case. His was going to take a lot of work and to be honest, Clark was fairly certain he would be better off in Arkham Asylum than at this school. He would definitely be watched closely, to make sure he didn't harm himself or anyone else.

Wonder Woman would bring in Raven. Another special case...Raven seemed like a smart girl, but her problems were mostly with control. She was strong - stronger than she knew. And the threat of her father was not something Clark liked to think about when he was trying to fall asleep at night. He only hoped Trigon wouldn't be able to find her here.

Wildcat had been sent to show Green Arrow the way. Oliver was dedicated and talented, that was for sure. His skills with a bow were unmatched. But what he needed to learn was teamwork. He seemed unable to function when he was relying on someone else, and he would need to learn that trust here.

And he had sent Martian Manhunter to retrieve Supergirl because...Clark was...busy. Planning. Getting ready. Of course. J'onn would handle her well. Clark would have plenty of time to get to know her at the school. She would need a lot of work as well - she was powerful, but she needed to learn discipline. She needed to learn to plan, instead of just rushing head first into everything, and her ego could use a bit of a beat down.

Superman's thoughts were interrupted by Green Lantern entering the big room. "Verdant's all ready for the party, chief!" he exclaimed, coming over to stand next to Clark. "I had some unexpected difficulties with the cotton candy machine, but it should be all good now."

"Great! Thank you, Hal," Clark replied, smiling at the other man. The plan for today was fairly simple - once all the students arrived and were welcomed by the faculty, they would be given a tour (first to the dorms so they could drop off all of their things). After the tour, there would be a party at Verdant, just for the students. It would have music, a buffet, and various games and activities for them to do - hopefully to get to know each other better. And the next morning, they would start bright and early and begin their "pretests" - the staff was interested in seeing what all the students could do.

But for now, they waited.

Ding, dong...

Bart had opened the door before the doorbell had even finished ringing. "GRANPA BARRY!!!" The boy shouted, leaping into the arms of the blonde man at the door, enveloping him in a giant hug. The man laughed, catching him and holding him tight, their matching rings glinting in the southern sun.

"Hey, Bart! What's up? Are you ready to go?" Barry asked, and Bart leapt out of his arms as fast as he had leapt into them. He bolted from the porch and reappeared with two duffel bags, setting them down on the porch.

"Am I!" The young speedster exclaimed. "I'm so excited to meet all the other kids! Zatanna's gonna be there, right? We're practically BFF's!! I was sad 'bout leaving Carol and Preston behind, but I told 'em I would come back and visit all the time! And I better, cause Preston's borrowin' my handheld right now and my new Blastomatic game, and if he breaks that thing he's gonna owe me big time! Wait, didja say that Supergirl is gonna be there, too? I get to train with Supergirl!? And and I finally get to meet Green Lantern!? GRIFE I'm so excited let's go where do we go!?" Bart was jumping around in his excitement, and Max came up behind him and smacked him lightly on the back of the head.

"What did I say about future swearwords?!" The speed-force guru exclaimed, putting his hands on his hips. Bart gave a dramatic groan and rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, whatever, bye Max!" Bart said dismissively, not looking back at the man as he grabbed his bags and sauntered off the porch. "Don't pretend you'll miss me, cuz I know ya won't!" Barry and Max shared a look, and then Max sped over to the kid and got him in a choke-hold, and gave him a noogie.

"You're a little punk, you know that?"

"AgH! Get off me, old man!" Bart shouted, trying to hold back his laughter. Max let him go, and scuffed his ear.

"Don't be too stupid," he reasoned, heading back to the house.

"Can't promise anythin'! Come ON granpa!"

Barry laughed nervously. "I told you not to call me that..." He mumbled. "See you around, Max!" He turned around to wave.

Bart did too, waving back. "Bye, Max! Bye, Helen!" He turned back to his grandfather. "Okay...Barry, where we goin'? You said we gotta take a secret tunnel or somethin'?"

"A boom tube. But first we have to pick up Wally."

"Wally's invited!?" Bart asked, his face brightening. "COOL!" And just like that the two took off, appearing on the Wests' front porch in Blue Valley a few seconds later, with Bart excitedly pressing the doorbell a...lot of times until Barry grabbed the kid's hand and pressed it to his side.

Red Tornado
The Ambush Bug was a special case. That was what Red Tornado had been told, word to word exactly 13 times by various accomplices of his from the Justice League. Red Tornado believed this was good. It would aid him in his search of understanding humans if he had a wide variety to learn from.

Red Tornado was to meet the Ambush Bug outside a boom tube, in the shape of a phone box. This was a special boom tube, it was not connected to the rest of the system. Only the Justice Academy. The Justice League did not trust the Ambush Bug. That much was obvious.

Red Tornado stood next to the phone box, straight and serious as always. It was in an alleyway, away from the public eye. That was convenient. Or, more likely, planned.

The Justice League was like that.

Wonder Woman
Wonder Woman was excited. Raven, she had heard, was an extremely talented young lady. And Wonder Woman was always open for more female superheroes. They weren't enough in the business, in her opinion.

Raven's only problem was her power. Apparently she was strong, very strong. She just didn't quite know how to control her immense power. Wonder Woman could relate, she had spent many years training to control her own powers.

She had arranged to meet the young lady in a park. It was scenic, and beautiful. Wonder Woman felt a friendly atmosphere would help the young woman open up to her.

She sat on a bench and watched a gaggle of young children play some strange, contact sport. She awaited Raven eagerly.

Superman and the rest of the league thought it would be best to send a neutral party to pick up Dick in Bludhaven. Batman would of been the obvious choice but the others were worried that his presence would just end up needlessly antagonising the young hero besides according to him, he had more urgent matters to attend to. Dick was an exemplary young man in almost all regards it had to be said but he and Batman didn't always see eye to eye, especially since he chose to leave Gotham behind and spread his wings.

The relationship the two shared was a complex one; one to which Carter could relate. He and Shiera didn't always agree on things and they had their ups and downs but the love they shared for one another was so complete that it defied explanation.

Oh, how he missed her.

It was why he chose to take Superman up on his offer of a position at the Academy and why he now found himself at Nightwing's doorstep.

Oh boy, am I the first one to the party? Oh? Third person stuff? Gotcha.

Ambush Bug teleported in, putting an arm around Red Tornado's shoulders. "What a cutie. Can I keep him, mom?" It seemed like he was about ready to jump off the walls, filled with teenage hormones and hyperactivity. Being sixteen really suited him, and he wondered why he hadn't been sixteen before. High school was super fun, I mean really, I miss it.

"Oops, third-person. Sorry."

Kara sat motionless on the frosted, hardened stone. Gazing out in awe at the vast expanse of endless white sky, gentle frost fall littered the horizon whilst miniscule snowflakes glittered her skin and costume. Earth was dazzling, filled with untold beauty, by the likes of which she could hardly dream, let alone believe it to be right here before her... Yet, here she was.

Kara smiled, closing her eyes to focus her breathing--to relax--and embrace the serene mists surrounding her aura. Everest, the humans called it. Perhaps her favourite place so far, as wonderful as humanity's civilization was, no amount of technology or architecture could best mother nature; no matter how brilliant.

"Kara Zor-El." A deep voice uttered from behind, Kara--utterly frightened to near death--launched to her feet with a slight yelp, fixing the stranger with a fiercely hard glare, before readying herself to fight. She'd heard of villains with great power from Kal, could this be one of them? She hadn't needed to fight; not yet, but with her abilities--how hard could it be?

"My name is J'onn, Kal-El sent me." Martian Manhunter continued, unfazed by her initial reaction.

Softening her features, Kara awkwardly took a more casual stance, flashing an apologetic--if not friendly--smile, she'd read up on him before. A leader of the league. "Kal... sent you?" She asked hesitantly, eyes pointlessly scanning the skies. Her smile slowly molding into an obviously disappointed frown. As much as she wanted to ask why Superman wasn't the one to escort her, she held her silence akin to a sulking child.

She'd arrived here, to an entirely new planet, not more than a few months ago, and it appeared the fabled Superman wanted nothing to do with her. Confused and conflicted, her mind began to run amock. Does he think he's better than me? Shouldn't he be happy to see another Kryptonian? Am I a complication to his 'Justice League'? Maybe he'd prefer I never arrived...

"He did. To bring you to the Academy, if you would follow." J'onn replied bluntly.

"Lead the way..." Kara said with a shrug, not really having another choice. She took flight after Martian Manhunter, the duo travelling at speed--soaring accross the skies--for several long minutes, before her escort stopped abruptly, lowering down amidst a vibrant green forest. "Here." J'onn stated, earning a confused brow raise from Kara.

"A Boom Tube, to the academy. Enter."

Opening her mouth to protest, Kara stopped herself with an audible sigh. What was a boom tube? She was stepping into a bush, it was insanity! Earth was insanity.

Zatanna Zatara sat in her room in Shadowcrest, her family's mansion on the outskirts of Gotham. She counted her last few minutes before she would arrive at the Justice League Academy, looking at herself in the mirror as a pair of ghostly arcane servants did her hair and makeup. She was both nervous and excited, as to be expected. She'd never gone to any school before, since any non-magical learning she needed until this point could easily be taught by either her father or one of the many ghost servants throughout the house. And this was a school for heroes, led by Superman himself, so that made it a thousand times more interesting. What she was nervous about, though, was the fact that Zatanna had still wasn't much of a heroine yet. She was powerful, yes, her father constantly reminded her of that, but outside of stopping a couple of petty muggings and catching an unbound demon here and there, she hadn't really seen many fights. Compared to that, Nightwing was also apparently going to be there, and he was already the most famous vigilante in Bludhaven. With no powers! That was pretty amazing. Anyway, she felt more excited than nervous, because one, she would get to meet a whole school full of other superpowered teenagers, and two, she reminded herself that she could probably make up for her minimal training with the fact that she could make just about anything happen by saying some words in a funny way. She couldn't wait to really use these abilities to fight, as much as her father warned her about it.

"Are you ready?" her father's voice boomed from downstairs. It was the third time he'd asked.

"Coming!" she shouted as her servants performed a few finishing touches. She then frantically shoved a few more outfits, spellbooks and stage props into her hat, which contained an extradimensional space to carry her luggage. The servants began to clean her room as she descended down the spiral staircase towards the main hall of the mansion.

"We should have left ten minutes ago," her father Giovanni greeted her sternly but calmly and kindly. "You know, it'll be difficult to save the world if you're this late on arrival."

Zatanna shrugged her shoulders, now used to her father's lectures. "I'm sure if there's a real situation, I'll be right on it," she replied.

Giovanni nodded in approval as he led his daughter into an unassuming sitting room to the right of the grand hall. "Now, I can't stress this enough," he advised her along the way. "Your magical abilities are not to be trifled with, especially outside of your training. You mustn't attempt to use them in any way that you are not experienced with, even in the face of danger. The results could spell disaster for both you and those around you. On that note, do not even think about trying to say "disaster" backwards, ever. I probably just gave you a horrible idea, didn't I?"

"Yeah, don't worry, Dad," replied Zatanna halfheartedly after laughing at his comment, knowing that there was no way she would end up following his guidance. Although bad things often happened when she used her magic carelessly. Once she'd accidentally summoned a demon that almost burned down a good portion of Shadowcrest, and once she'd sent the entire ceiling of a theater tumbling down in the middle of a performance, just barely leaving enough time to bring her audience to safety. And there was that whole incident with Bart and the evil wizard's dimension, of course. But even when something like that happened, it would be wrong to say that it wasn't unforgettable. "I'll try not to blow up the school," she finally agreed.

"I sure hope so," he father replied as he turned to an empty wall. "Neddih rood nepo," he spoke as the walls slid open, revealing the entrance to a seemingly endless round tunnel lined with bright lights.

"This is a boom tube, a hyper-advanced method of transportation and the only way to access the Academy. I know that both of us can teleport, but you can't teleport anywhere if you don't know the location, can you?"

Zatanna took a few steps forward, excited and nervous, but didn't step in or even ask how it worked, instead just standing there and staring down the empty tunnel.

"Well, what are you waiting for?" her father finally said. "Go ahead, step right in and it'll take you right there. A member of the faculty will be waiting for you. Oh, and I'm not sure when else you'll let me do this." He opened his arms, seeking an embrace.

Zatanna hugged her father goodbye and this time leaped into the tube without looking back. The lights began to brighten, and just for a second she just began to think twice about what might happen. Before she could think of anything else, though, the air around her exploded with energy as she blacked out for just a second, but felt strange, overwhelming and impossibly fast movement around her entire body. Just moments later, Zatanna sighed in amazement as she stood at the other end of the tube as a door slid open, revealing an underground chamber with a network of similar but closed boom tubes.

"Well, that wasn't so hard," said Zatanna as her father zipped through the tube a few seconds later.

She then saw the faculty member that her father had mentioned. Staring directly into her were the piercing blue eyes of Superman himself in full costume.

Zatanna had planned on impressing him with a magic trick, but she almost completely forgot about it out of pure shock and awe. He seemed to radiate an aura of pure heroic power, and the fact that he looked damn good for an older guy helped as well. But it was more than that. This was Superman, the guy who'd saved the world more times than she could even remember. Even if he was vulnerable to magic, he could fry her or crush her or tear her apart in a split second. Not that he was likely to, but still, she was extremely impressed with just one look at him.

"
Hey, Supes," she greeted him awkwardly. "I guess I'm the first one to show up to your party here." fanaticalferret fanaticalferret

Preparations were made for Wally's departure from his childhood home to a new academy designed for "teen heroes". With this in mind, Wally was curious, yet annoyed. He didn't know what to expect from this newly formed school. Would they teach him lessons that a regular person would learn? This could possibly be training to become a better hero? The answer was left unknown. Wally sped around the house, his blue electricity trailing behind him. He was looking for a suitable bag to carry his belongings in - and a tooth brush. His luck turned up short, until his mother stopped him in his tracks, and held out a tooth brush in her hand with a gray duffel bag dangling from her forearm.

"Looking for these?", his mother questioned. Wally gave a simple nod, and thanked her with quick hug. And with that, he began packing his bag. Although, this only took a few seconds as he sped through it all. Within the minute, Wally's bag was packed, his invitation in his hand, and...no escort? Then all of a sudden, *ding, dong, ding, dong, ding, dong, ding, dong*, followed by more. The sound eventually stopped, and when it did, Wally swung the door open. At the door was Barry and his grandson from the future, Bart. "I assume the ringing was you?", Wally stared at Bart. Before Bart could answer, however, Wally pushed through the front entrance and closed the door. Which actually swung open once more, as Wally hollered, "Bye mom and dad! Love you!". Then, Wally shut the door, and stared back to Bart.

Dick was double checking he had everything when he heard the knock on his door. Then, as if one cue, his toaster went off right after and flung is bagel into the air to land on the floor.

He really needed to get that fixed.

"Just a minute!" He called out to whoever was at the door, zipping up his bags. He went through the list in his head one more time as he slipped his shoes on, feeling confident he had thought of everything. He was never really one to pack more than he needed, and at the same time he was pretty good at making a lot of stuff fit in a small bag. Alfred was so kind as to offer and send some of his stuff there already, and Dick couldn't thank the old butler enough.
As he picked up his bag, his eyes caught sight of the opened package in his open closet. He walked over the close it, but paused, staring at what was inside.
Electrically charged escrima sticks. Present from Bruce.
Dick didn't know what the gesture meant, or if it meant anything at all, but he didn't know if he wanted them. The rebellious and bitter streak in him wanted to never touch them, he didn't need help from Bruce. That was the whole reason he left Gotham after all, to get out from under Batman.
Yet, his rational side couldn't deny the usefulness of them.
So he ran a hand through his hair, huffing as he grabbed them and stuffed them in his bag.
Finally, he closed the closet and went to the door, opening it to see Hawkman standing there. He greeted him with a smile.
"Sorry to keep you waiting!"

"It's no problem. Now if you're adequately prepared? Follow me."
Carter took to the air, flying a few metres from the ground so Dick wouldn't lose sight of him, leaving the young hero to follow on foot.
After a few minutes of flying, he stopped and landed in a dead end alley before waiting for Dick to catch up.
He approached the wall at the end of the alley and suddenly the alley was engulfed in a bright light.
"This is a boom tube to the academy." Carter said pointing to the swirling vortex. "It will take us the rest of the way."

"HI WALLY!!" Bart exclaimed happily, hugging his first cousin-once-removed's torso, because that's all he could reach. "Are you ready to go?! Grandpa's gonna take us to a Bang Tank!"

Barry laughed, and corrected him. "A Boom Tube, Bart. Hey, Wally, how are you?" He smiled at his nephew, stepping forward for a hug as soon as Bart detached himself from Wally. "All ready to go?"

Barry stepped off the porch and shot off towards the hidden boom tube, watching to make sure the kids were following him. He stopped in front of an oddly shaped rock in an otherwise empty field not far from Wally's house. He shot his uniform out of his ring and quickly changed into it, then gestured towards the rock. "Dress to impress, gentlemen! One at a time!"

Bart followed suit (literally) and changed into his uniform. "You just run into the rock?! Cool!" he exclaimed, running right at the rock just as a bright light began to emanate from it.

Superman beamed at Zatanna as she appeared from one of the boom tubes. "Welcome, Zatanna! I guess you are," he greeted warmly. He was opening his mouth to say something else when another flash from a different boom tube filled the room, and Impulse appeared.

"COOL!!! HI SUPERMAN! HI GREEN LANTERN! HI ZATANNA!" He yelled excitedly, zipping in front of Clark and Hal and finally Zatanna, giving her a hug. "What is this place? Are these all boom tubes? Can I go to a different dimension? Can they travel through time too? I wanna go find my mom and Jenni!" he shouted enthusiastically, inspecting the various boom tubes. He was about to step into one when a hand grabbed the back of his uniform.

Barry held the struggling Impulse, letting out a nervous laugh. "Yeah, this is my grandson, Impulse, if you haven't...had the pleasure of meeting him yet," the Flash introduced a bit sheepishly, then looked towards Wally. "And this is my nephew, Kid Flash. It's nice to see you, Zatanna,", he added, nodding over at the magician.

"HI!!!"

The two other staff members blinked over at the speedsters, their eyes wide. "Uh...welcome!" Hal greeted, extending an arm out to the side. "This is...we call it 'the Tube'. It's...got a lot of boom tubes." Oh, god, he was beginning to have second thoughts about this "teaching" thing. He hoped all the kids weren't like this.

Not a moment too late, a vibrant white mist broke out from the bush in a blindling flash. Kara staggered lightly away, before a very strange sensation flooded her system--as if she was flying involuntarily at incomprehensible speed--then it was gone as soon as it came, the girl wobbled on her feet at the experience. adjusting her eyes to the room and it's inhabitants around her, the excited chittering of a young boy snapped her to precise attention. Eyes widening, Kara gawked unceremoniously in surprise

"Hi..."
She muttered with an awkward shrug, smiling politely at the small collection of people. She noted several reputable figures, including the entire Flash family, and her ... cousin. She stressed a point to avoid looking at Kal, was it childish? Of course! But that didn't stop her. Most people seemed to see the Man of Steel as an untouchable figure of power, a beacon of magnaminous heroism.

She saw him as Kal-El, her cousin. What was so special? She had the same abilities, he just had them longer! Sure... she was a little jealous of him, that much was clear; more pressingly, she was disappointed that they weren't suddenly family. It was selfish to imagine he could play guardian so abruptly, to him she was just a random Kryptonian who appeared over night. Kara knew that, it just didn't make it hurt any less.

Martian Manhunter stood motionless at her side, his face a neutral mask at the scene unfolding. Kara couldn't tell, but she swore she caught a disapproving glower at the energetic young boy. "Superman." J'onn greeted with a nod, crossing his arms in a stoic stance.

Kara paid it no mind however, her eyes were now too busy studiously examining the current students present. She could scarcely believe she was actually here, at a school. A school for people of extraodinary power and skill; she was more than a little nerve-wracked, but also overjoyed at the prospect. Excitement was an understatement. If she couldn't find family in Superman, surely she would find comradery in her fellow heroes-to-be.

Dick kept pace with Hawkman easily, and walked up to him and the hero landed by their destination. The tube opened as Hawkman explained it, light shining on both of them. Dick couldn't help a smirk. He was excited to say the least, and he wasn't about to wait for any more explanation, if there was any.
"Well, lets go then!" He said, glancing at Hawkman before going into the tube.

After a rush of being transported, he arrived in a room to find others already there. Superman, Green Lantern, Flash and his little speedster group and more. He wasn't even late. Just went to show how excited the other were, though maybe the speedsters didn't count. They were always first, unless they forgot faster than they could run.
"Guess I'm late to the party huh?" He greeted, walking towards everyone.

After Superman greeted Zatanna in approval, she decided to take a look around the large, seemingly underground chamber. It was filled with other boom tubes with labels like "Fortress of Solitude", "Arkham Asylum" and "Atlantis". They all seemed like places she wanted to explore soon enough, but now definitely wasn't the time. There didn't appear to be any other students yet, but her father told her that they would be showing up any second.

And "any second" was quite accurate. Less than a minute after she'd arrived, three red flashes of light zoomed out of another tunnel, staying still for just a brief second while Superman greeted them. Zatanna didn't even have time to process who any of them were until the smallest one startled her with a hug. "HI ZATANNA!" he yelled excitedly.

Where have I seen him before? she thought to himself. Oh yeah, that's Bart! She didn't recognize him right away because he seemed to have grown a couple of years in just a couple of months. But she remembered that incident all too well. That wizard's staff was still on a shelf in Shadowcrest, just in case she ever needed it again. She still felt sorry for the kid, since it was really all her fault. He was... pretty much the same kid she remembered, except even maybe even more hyperactive, especially judging by the fact that he'd already run away before she could even say anything back to him.

"Yeah, this is my grandson, Impulse, if you haven't...had the pleasure of meeting him yet," said an older speedster who must have been the Flash as he literally restrained Bart from running into another boom tube. He looked way too young to be a grandfather, though. If he was his father that would sound about right, but there was probably a pretty crazy story to be told there if that was true.

"Oh, I've met him before," Zatanna responded. "Ended up in another dimension, defeated an evil alien wizard, almost died. You know, basic casual stuff."

She looked to her left and saw an older, red-headed, green-eyed boy who must have been related to the other two. Apparently this was the Flash's nephew, and he was pretty attractive. She waved hello to him, but soon was introduced to two more students.

The first was a blonde girl who wore an outfit that was basically a feminine version of Superman's, guided by a strange green man with red eyes. The girl must have been Supergirl, who she'd heard about a few times by now. And only a few seconds later, a dark-haired, tough-looking boy had stepped through a tube to her right. She couldn't quite recognize him, but she didn't expect to recognize everyone, and he certainly did look like the "hero" type. Well, at least the edgier kind of hero, which she liked.

Besides the Flash family, it didn't seem like any of the new students knew each other yet, so Zatanna decided to try and step in and make a first impression. "Raeppa ni retnec," she whispered as she appeared directly in the middle of the small crowd of students in a cloud of multi-colored smoke. A few doves also flew out of the smoke. "Zatanna Zatara, Mistress of Magic," she introduced herself confidently. "And you guys?"

Bart clung to Wally, which Wally returned with a 'side hug'. Barry asked about Wally's well-being, but before he could answer, Barry and Bart took off at super speeds. Giving a shrug, Wally raced forward, catching up to the two speedsters. Feeling the earth pound beneath him, with every step he took, only made Wally appreciate his speed even more. Ever since Wally had been struck by lightning, similar to Barry, he has been extremely cheerful. However, today was not cheerful. Learning that you're going to a special academy is...not the best news. Continuing to follow Barry and Bart, Wally wondered as to where he was running to. That question would soon be answered as the trio came to a stop at...a rock? Now things were REALLY starting to get strange. Barry ignited the suit from his ring and changed into his uniform. Soon, he and Bart stepped through the 'boom tube'.

Wally's eyes widened as he saw the duo disappear. "Worst. Day. Ever.", Wally exaggerated. And with that, Wally concentrated on forming his suit, as Barry did say, "Dress to impress.". A plethora of electric bolts zipped around Wally's body, piecing together metallic pieces of armor. As this process continued, Wally felt the Speed Force jolt in his body. The electricity crackled off of his body, and a smile came across his face. Yup. He loved his powers. Now that the formation of his suit completed itself, Wally dashed forward and...teleported? "Woah! That felt...really weird.", he stated, coming out of the teleportation device. As soon as Wally reanimated in the base, he glared around the room. By the looks of the students, specifically the girls, Wally felt the urge to smile. Not only did he smile like a 1st grader getting new toys, but he nudged his Uncle and whispered, "Yeah, I am so going to like it here.". Finishing his sentence, Wally flashed his friendly smile.

Some of the surrounding students introduced themselves, so Wally joined in on it. "Kid Flash is the name, but you can call me the fast man alive.", he gloated, rubbing the tips of his fingers on his chest piece and his friendly smile returned. He really wasn't the fastest man alive, Barry was.

Walter White or whatever bursts into the room (What, I didn't read his comics, so what?) and babbles incoherently, which annoys Ambush Bug, with his eyes still wide open on Zatanna's chest.

"Hush! I'm experiencing beauty!"

Wally didn't know if he wanted to punch this bug looking person, or if the woman dressed as a magician, who's name Wally couldn't remember at the moment, wanted to. So, he ended up asking it aloud. "Do you want to hit him, or should I do the honors?". In reality, Wally was hoping that she - Zatanna! Her name is Zatanna! - would ask Wally to 'slap some sense' into this creep, as he could be a show-off.

Zatanna blushed and rolled her eyes in embarrassment as she saw this weirdo in a green spandex suit and bug antennae suddenly teleport in and start staring at her chest with absolutely no sense of subtlety. "Can't you stare somewhere else for a second if you're gonna violate all of us with that look?" she sighed, pointing to his ridiculous costume that looked like it belonged in a bad 80's comic book.

Sure, it was far from the first time she'd someone eyeing at her body, but it wasn't usually this blatantly obvious to everyone around him. And this guy wasn't exactly someone that she would be flattered by if he was obviously attracted to her. This fast guy, though? He was a different story. And he seemed to be noticing the whole scene, which to be fair wasn't hard.

"Do you want to hit him, or should I do the honors?" she asked her. If he hadn't stepped in, she totally would've put him in his place himself, but this guy seemed like the kind of guy she wanted to impress. So she decided to let him have his fun.

"Sisylarap! Etativel!" she shouted as she stretched out her hand, leaving him motionless, hovering four feet above the ground. "Take it away," she said to the red-haired boy with a smile. Error 420 Error 420 DankWaffles DankWaffles

Ambush Bug blinks back into existence in the same spot, hovering above the ground. "Did you say 'bad eighties comic'? I'm offended."

Ambush bug then blinks out of existence again, reappearing with an arm on Supergirl's shoulder. "Hey! how's it been, bud? Long time, no see!"

Zatanna was beginning to grow on Wally, both friendly and romantically. Which he didn't mind. After all, she was quite attractive. Anyways, Zatanna had allowed Wally to do the honors of 'roughin this guy up', and he knew it was his time to shine. Wally's body became surrounded with electricity, and he was getting ready to bolt forward. Unfortunately, the mysterious bug man disappeared. "That did not just happen.", Wally said in astonishment. If there was one thing that he strongly disbelieved in, it would be magic. For some reason, Wally just never fell for that belief. Within the minute, the bug man reappeared, only to talk non-sense (Wally was now realizing the annoyance that he causes with his mouth), and then disappeared again. "Okaaaay. Well, I think I need to lay down.", but the green suited man was back once again. This time, however, his arm was hung around 'Supergirl', who resembled the heroic Superman.

Dick frowned a little, not really liking where this was all going. They all had to get along at least, and this bug was just aggravating people. Not to mention the blatant disrespect of the two female heroes here. They hadn't even been here for ten minutes.
"Come on guys, lets be mature here." He said, taking a step into the group and crossing his arms. His words were mostly towards the disrespectful kid by Supergirl. Well, all of it was, to be honest.
"I'm sure we can all handle that."
He just left it there, not wanting to draw it on. Pushing the situation forward, he was sure they would all forget soon. He uncrossed his arms and smirked too look more friendly, resting his hands on his hips instead.
"Its Nightwing, just by the way."

Zatanna watched the bug guy teleport all over the place just after Kid Flash was about to beat him up. Damn, he was annoying. Luckily, it seemed that he was soon gone, having vanished just like he had before but hadn't seemed to have returned.

She turned back towards Kid Flash. "Let's hope that guy doesn't come back," she said. "Seriously, who even invited him?"

The boy to her right introduced himself as Nightwing. "Oh, so you're Nightwing," Zatanna responded. "That's cool! So... uh, let's just forget about that little scene there, now that everyone left is mostly sane?" DankWaffles DankWaffles BallisticBlue BallisticBlue
