Is there any way to get acces to PM earlier?... I have to wait 10 hrs I think.. but I'd like to be able to speak to people somehow..

You can speak with people on the forum. 
Otherwise, people can PM you and you can respond, you just can't start a PM yourself. Generally, Admins don't break the 10 hour/24 hour rule, from my understanding, and I would guess they probably wouldn't do it just for the sake of talking to people. Everyone else has gone through the rule, and if they let one person get by, they'd have to start letting everyone.
Again, I could be wrong as I'm not a member of staff, but that is my assumption from what I've seen.
