Just wondering if this would be possible

Hello! Based upon the title, I was just wondering if reporting stolen roleplays/ideas would be possible? I'm not talking just semi-based plots or cliche titles. I mean everything down to the banner, original title, characters/CS, etc and when calmly asked for credit to be given and the title to be changed, they deny to do so for sake of "The roleplay had been dead for 4+ months." The one stealing the RP was in the original, if that make a difference.


I'm not trying to point fingers, thus why this is quite vague. Any and all help is appreciated!
