Hey. Looking for people ages 18+ who are looking for a more relaxed writing experience with the option for heavier stories. I have no triggers and am desperately seeking to get into something grim and gritty. The below is not an exclusive list of what I'll do, just my most wanted things but I'd love to hear your ideas!
Stories:
Stories:
- Holy x Abused
- Holy x Deviant/Criminal
- Cult x ?
- Mentor x Apprentice
- Superior x Subordinate
- Sworn Rivals
- Nurse (or other caregiver) x Patient
- Other unlikely pairings
- Toxic relationships
- Frienemies
- Mood swings
- Power dynamics
- Violence
- Fantasy
- Modern
- Apocalyptic
- Science Fiction
- Science Fantasy
- Warcraft (OC's only)
- Marvel (OC's only)
- For writing style, I'm not looking to give or receive a grand literary experience. I focus on character/world building and plot more than anything. We're not mutually trying to craft some sort of best-selling novel here. Saying that, I'm really not that bad at this. It's my #1 hobby and I'm serious about it. Give it your best and I'll do the same. I try to impress, but if you're akin to some prodigy or a golden-era writer, you won't like what I give you.
- For length, I might write 1-3 paragraphs at a time. I aim to give the other person something interesting to read that they can work off of. Interesting is subjective, but I want us to be engaged without having to worry about meticulously picking at our own posts for an extended timeframe in worry.
- Considering the above, I don't foresee any issues in being able to reply to you a few days a week. I like to usually get close to what I give and visa versa, just to keep me from forgetting or losing interest. I'm on CST with a regular full time office schedule.
- I'm an adult and I act like one, the same is required of my writing partners.
- OOC communication about triggers, breaks, setting up the story, clarification, etc. is important. I am not looking to make any friends here. I do not get in character twisted with out of character. I also expect that from others
- I have more experience with MxF and FxF but and looking to branch out to the others. MxM would require one of those be feminine appearing, as things such as physicality and gender dynamics may come up in the story.
- Throwaway and side characters can be important depending on the context, but I strongly prefer to keep focus on two individual characters.
- If anything I said here, particularly in the expectations, vibes well with you then send me a message and let's talk. The themes and stories are not an exclusive list of things I will and won't do. I may be open to more settings and fandoms depending on your expectations.
