This is a Picture of my OC Julie. She is a Wingless dragon and prefers to wind her lightweight body around in the air to fly. Her back has organs that create Helium to keep her in the air and she controls that at will. She's largely inspired by Kaa The Snake from Jungle Book so while she is not a snake, She does hypnotize her victims in the same manner
