  Welcome to Joyous ApHEARTments!! The newest apartment building in some generic city! There's all sorts of different things just within walking distance! Such as: a bakery, a small library, a veterinary clinic, and much more! We hope you enjoy your stay here at Joyous apHEARTments and maybe find some love while you stay but that's not important! What is important is that you come on down to the welcome party held in the middle of the gardens. You'll meet some new people and have fun drinks-but sorry! You need to be 21 for alcohol!! You'll be able to meet the head landlord and ask them questions if you need to. Oh! And your pets are most welcome aswell! Please, pick up after them!
  
  Joyous ApHEARTments takes place in a world where you don't see color until you lock eyes with your soulmate. If your soulmate dies, your vision will go back to black and white. If your soulmate admits to you that they don't love you anymore, then again, your vision will go back to black and white. Feel free to ask me questions in the discord and I will answer them-and update this as well!!   OOC RULES
  1. All the characters will be 18-30.
  2. Try to keep genders even.
  3. Mature topics may be discussed in this rp, so be prepared for that.
  4. Be prepared to write at least one or two good paragraphs per character.
  5. Yes, your characters can be overdramatic asses. Just don't bring drama ooc.
  6. Discord will be used for OOC and is required.
  7. You cannot play your own soul mate.
  8. You may not bring in actual canon characters from animes.
  9. Your characters can be human, fae, vampire, half-animal, or witch/warlock, but none can be too OP. I can and will ask you to change something if I think they are.
  10. I would prefer is characters are anime, manga, or drawn faceclaims, but you can do realistic if you please.
  
  IC Rules
  1. All characters live on the same block, it can be an apartment building or house above a shop (Ask me if you have a specific request)
  2. Keep IC drama IC
  3. Don't be too OP in responses. I can and will ask you to change something if I think it is.
  4. Laws that are in real life apply here also
  -Apartment Rules
  1. Pets are allowed, but for a small fee.
  2. You have to run apartment alteration by the land lord before you do them. (Landlord is me- Like-A-Moss )
  3. Must pick up after pets when walking them.
  4. Fire and smoke alarms are replaced every 6 months by the landlord.
