PLOT
For hundreds of years, demons have hidden in the shadows and among humans, killing them in order to thrive and survive. Cases of people disappearing and never being found has been a common occurrence, but the cause was never discovered. That was until the founders of the Demon Slayer Corps would come across the truth and create humanities defense in the form of the corps. Over the years, more and more people joined the corps and took up fighting demons. Along the way, they created various breathing styles that would become a staple within their numbers. However, they would still be heavily out numbered by the demons for recruiting and training young slayers was a difficult task when most of the population didn't know demons existed.
You however have become a Demon Slayer. For whatever reason, you have learned to fight and taken up a breathing style that best suits you in order to defeat demons. Maybe you have progressed up the ranks or perhaps you've only been around for a few weeks. Either way, you find yourself as part of a brand new team that the corps has put together. This group has been formed in order to take on more difficult jobs that require coordinated teamwork and skill to complete. Together this team consists of users of varying breathing styles and skill levels in order to cover any kind of disadvantage. Being apart of this team, you must show your worth and prove you are worthy of the faith put into by the demon corps. You must step forward and be the one to help fight and protect humanity. Are you up to the task?
RULES
1. There will only be twelve slots for this rp, unless initial interest ends up being high, then I will add more slots. Only 1 slot per person
2. Each breathing style will only have one representative. New breathing styles can be used as long as they're cleared by me first. Styles will be first come, first serve. This is subject to change if initial interest is high
3. Characters should be 18+ (will make exceptions for new slayers if you ask me first)
4. Your character can be of any rank within the demon corps, but please ask before making a Hashira so not every character is one
5. While post length isn't a big issue, one-liners will not be acceptable. 1-2 decent sized paragraphs is preferred, but more is always encouraged. Posting once a week (at least) is also preferred
6. No canon characters will be included in this rp. This is entirely oc (exceptions may be made for demons to be used as enemies)
