Actually Nenma Takashi now that I think about it, what if not all the siblings were strictly "JoJo?"
Like we could differentiate between them and have only one sibling actually be named JoJo.
I got the idea in my head to make the youngest one and name him "JuJo" (Junior Joestar). x3

Also Chachalotte do we have a rule about naming conventions? Like I understand that most stands should be kept to music references but should I be shooting for older music references or can I pretty much just do what I want with that?

How old should our characters be, what's the year and setting of the location, and where is it set?

I understand how hard it can be to find a music reference so you can go as you please, a more recent one if that what you meant.

Flooberoid

I want your character to be at least 15 years old, this is the only limit about age. Seeing an old man with a stand wouldn't be that bad after all.
The year is 2010. The setting would be in a town in France (Polnareff origin!), with a middle population (~20 000) if everyone is ok with that. This way, the population won't be too huge or too small so meeting with other stands users shouldn't be awkward. I would prefer taking a country that wasn't used in any Jojo's part.
It will be surrounded by a forest and a lot of places that I need to work on.

Pretty sure JoJo's would use more modern references if the manga didn't start in the 80's, anyway. Still, doesn't hurt to ask. Hope you know Jonathan Coulton!

Also yeah looks well balanced.

I was gonna make it's Durability E and Power D, but C is human stats, so at E Durability it'd be to where a human can Donut him if they could touch his stand.
