Years since the defeat of the Pillar Men by the hands of Joseph Joestar, and many more since the defeat of Dio Brando by the hands of Jonathan Joestar, things have entered a state of peace. Any and all strange occurrences have been rare to non-existent. That is... Until a certain foe continues to plague the Joestar line. However, this story is not their own. This is the story of a colourful cast of oddballs with very unique abilities as they fight in a tournament for the greatest desires.
