Background:Joanna grew away from her brother, John. This caused for her to be curious about her family history and form an untrustworthy bond with her father James, since he told her nothing about her mother and nothing about her brother. She was raised in a harsh household since her father was so strict on her and he hated it when she brought up John or their mother, Joanna was forced (By her father) to get Adamantium claws and a Adamantium Skeleton so she could be just like him and she'd get trained like he did. She was put into experimenting and after a couple months, she got the claws. Joanna hated her father for making her an experiment and do harsh training, so one day, she ran away. Joan managed to make it to a small town to where she was put into an orphanage and was taken in by a Widow named Sara Hart, She was moved to New York and has lived there ever since.
Personality:Being raised by strict parenting and then settling into a new home caused her to be strict on herself and others, this also formed for her to think that everyone is untrustworthy. She doesn't really let her emotions show that much and it's hard to tell what she's thinking. She's been bullied and shunned most of her life so this caused a lot of fears and hatred towards people, she's easy to snap and she's never the one to back away from a fight. She's secretly a softie on the inside and hasn't been shown real love, she's s bit curious sometimes and when you ask her about her family history she just replies with 'If you want to live, don't ask me about my history at all.'

(Her claws are black because she hates the shine they cause in the light, she prefers to hide in the dark/the shadows because she finds it easier to strike without being noticed. That's why she's known as Shadowstriker. Her claws are black in the first place because her father knew that she preferred hiding in the Dark/The Shadows.)
