The three weapons classes at the start WILL NOT be able to use magic whereas the three magic classes will. The Sorcerer and Oni are straightforward with what their magic weapons do. In the same way, her demeanor is polite, friendly, and just a tad distanced; youthful enough to not stand out in her age group, but mature enough to usually be taken seriously by adults. Being from a fairly conservative, controlling family expecting her to take over the family business (a hotel in the countryside), this is how she learned to act - manners are imperative, personal opinions and needs second to those of others (especially family elders and guests) and blending with the background is better than being noticeable at first glance.
Naturally, most people would need a sort of outlet in such an environment, as was the case for Tamara.
