I Love Roleplay
The Day Started off at Julien High. It was the beginning of Senior Year. All Seniors were called To Assembly hall before School. The Schools Head Mistress was getting ready to give. The speech she gave every year to the seniors.and now it was their turn to. In only a year they would be apart of Jewels Society and choose their place in which they wanted to belong. It was exciting but also nerve raking. After you left high school its 3 months of summer fun then . theyd be adults Starting families and going Straight to their carrers thats only for the people who knew what they wanted to be...for the people who could not choose and were stuck between destined paths had a much harder time they had twice as many classes To take. It all starts when your a freshman you sign a sheet of paper declaring your profession..then the next 3 years thats what youd be studying for.. Just like college except once you sign that paper theres no going back. The Head Mistress walked onto the stage and held up one hand this was the sign of respect. Everyone Replied back with the same gesture. then she started " 200 Years ago there was not many .. Our community held its postion with only 200 men and women Confused and scared. For they had just left a planet and now on the surface of a new. All they knew was Earth and none else. But through lots of hardships and panic they thrived into making and governing our society to the best of their abilities. So we applaude them today in honor For their bravery 'everyone claps' then the theater goes silent. SHE Smiles amd starts again."So today starts the last year. Until you become apart of the society wonderous oppurtunitys and start your families and carrers in peace and prosperiry. and may your children and your childrens children do the same ..Thanks you"she walks off the stage and eveyone,is signaled to leave.

Amelia watched as the headmistress dismissed them and then looked away. She loved being a student at the school but the meticulous schedule, aggravating students and homework overwhelmed her sometimes. She knew how she looked to the others. The girl with nothing to hide, nothing to change and nobody to hide from. She was an open book as far as anyone else knew and that was just how Amelia liked it. Apart from having a gift that allowed her to know how someone was feeling or subconsciously aware of, at least vaguely, made her classes a bit easier. Especially the hands on portions. But as she left the auditorium, all she could think about was how this year was the last one she would spend as a student. Just as the headmistress had said. She pulled up her class schedule on her portable interface and scanned it momentarily. She had stopped slightly in the exits doorway where it was more than likely an ignorant student would bump into her. Amelia was too deeply in thought to notice.

Daydreaming never was a recurrence with Sedgewick, thanks to thorough mental exercise and meditations made constant by his parentals.

Still, he found himself in a different place, a different time. The ceremonious sounds of this years school opening faded into the background while Wick stared off into space, hardly thinking about what could be brought up or mentioned.

Probably good luck and good grades. Yea, that seemed to be the usual speech given. The youth was far more interested in a funny little story in his mind about a tree and a rock. Something about a relationship between the two. The rock was cold so the tree sent moss to cover it. The tree was flushed with storm winds and dared to up root, but the rock held fast, keeping the tree grounded. In the summer-

"Hmm, whua- wha- what?"

Sitting, rather alone near the center of assembly, the dark haired youth blinked, about fourteen times, coming back down to earth. He glanced around at the emptying room, giving his chestnut colored lenses a rub, before letting out some air and leaning back in his seat.

" Another year...... the final year...."

Taking on a content look, his lips curled slow as a smile broke onto his face. The fancy dressed young man, possibly as nicely clothed as some of the faculty, stood up and stretched, letting out a groan as he loosened up from all the sitting. The aforementioned outfit shifted slightly out of place as he reached to the ceiling thus enticing the immediate need to properly align everything. Sedgewick moved his hands up his form, tucking his cream colored dress shirt into his tan pants, making sure his brown belt was tightened right, his matching suit vest on straight and his tie- the bloody tie was loose.

Rolling his eyes, the male worked at removing the tie as he began his way out of the auditorium. By now most people had filed out accordingly and there was hardly anyone in the vast room. Getting to the top step and turning to the exit that would take him to his study hall, he paused for a moment and slowly turned to look over at the opposing exit. There stood a female student, checking what appeared to be her schedule. He recognized her, Lowndes was her last name, but her first escaped him. Arching a brow and tilting his head ever so slightly, he found himself wondering what her name could be. I could figure it out, if I searched her mi- closing his eyes and bringing a hand up to his furrowed brow, Wick gave his head a shake, leaning a shoulder against the wall. He took a moment before letting out a chuckle, letting his hand drop down to his side again and rolling so his back was against the wall.

I wonder what tomorrow will bring..... I wonder what us, this generation will become.....I hope it's fantastic and beautiful..... I hope.

Abby had skipped the lectured she knew head mistress was going to give. Her sister had graduated last year and. Told hee all about it. She didnt really care ahe knew what she wantes to do and nothing else. Design it was her Passio. nothing was better to her than the process of creating new ideas and creation. She always had tons of ideas in her mind that could just flow out of her like a river. Sudennly she lookes at the time. Oh great 6 minutes until class ....wait what class was she... Oh no she forgot to scan her scheduale onto her portable interface!!! She got off the paek bench , put her tablet into her satchle and ran as fast as she could. Well that wasent long proabably about 2 mintues given that the school was 2 miles away . It was her personal best so far this year. when she opened the door she ran to the first School LCD interface board. It was a huge transparent glass screen with every class and every name from A to Z. She quickly typed in the letter of her last name Robertson there it was . she tapped her name and the LCD responded with "hello Abby what can i do for you today" yea yea she said im not to new at this. She quickly Typed in her password and scan the code on the screen and alomst automatically her scheduale showed up on to her interface. she qucikly logged off and ran to her First class. Modern Tech. Yes she said as she went to her class and slowly opened the door. Then the bell rang ...Few she said as she sat in the corner of the room and tapped the transparent glass Desk. it turned on slowly and she connected her interface to it. There she got a long list of Things to study this year sent by her mom

"This is going to be a long year"she said aloud

Marcus threw on his gym clothes in the gym changing room. He stepped out onto the cold matted floor. He sat on the bench and tied on his Nike sneakers. Marcus chewed the strawberry orange flavored gum in his mouth. He surveyed the others in the locker room and huffed out a chuckle. "Puny little shrimps." He didn't care how loud he said it. If it was anything he wished they heard it. He trotted up to the mirror where he put on his chap stick. He leaned over and placed his palms on the sink as he contemplated a bruise he had on the right side of his neck.He looked to his left peering at another student glaring at him. "The hell you looking at dipstick, Bug off." The student, refusing his requests squinted his eyes at Marcus with a stressed look. "You deaf? Bug Off!" He yelled it to get his point across. Yelling must have gotten his attention as the student, much smaller then the 6' 4" Marcus, scurried off wanting nothing to do with him. The others attempted to ignore it understanding how hostile and violent Marcus could get. He stormed out of the locker room biting his lower lip. As he entered the main gym he spotted the student from across the gym. He gripped a basketball from the nearest crate and chucked right at the students head. The ball struck the kid straight in the head, knocking him to his knees onto the waxed gym floor. "Little pig deserved it." he shook his head and walked away spitting out his gum onto the floor.

Amelia finished saving the schedule to her drive and set off for her first class. Genetics. She pushed open the door to her classroom and inhaled slowly. She loved the smell of the classrooms after summer holidays. For one, they reminded her of the cleaners they used in her house and the second was that she knew that they would probably become less than pristine in mere days. She reached out with her mind, trying to get a feel for her classmates moods. Most were eager to start the year but a couple were not excited. There was nothing more she had time for, for when her teacher entered the room, the students perched on the tables scrambled down, launching into nearby seats and setting up. She followed suit, taking a seat next to a girl she knew vaguely from gym. Amelia smiled a little, knowing this was going to be a good class, a great semester and a truly amazing year.

Her aqua eyes scanned the time, her eye-brows furrowed "Ah it's 8:50.." Her hands drawn over her eyes, her body laid tapered in the trees in tranquility, her eyes directly stared at the city beyond afar where she was able to read the time. Her fingers brushed across her eyes clearing away the sleepiness that continued to linger in her cartilage. "Fuck.." She seized the branch and begin to lower herself, her ear-phones laid wrapped caressed along her neck, she launched down and took down the path at accelerated speed. "Shit..shit..shit" Her voice whispered gently, her pace continued to enhance until she reached the towering building, she eased her pace silently in taking harsh amounts of breath, her fingers brushed a long side her hoodie as she approached the steps and walked into the building.

The bell suddenly rang and abby got out her seat as quick as she could. she watched as everyone took their portable interfaces and checked their schedules. the first day was always like this. They had 10 minutes between each class. So she decided she would get a little fresh air. She Stepped outside into the Brisk warm air and looked up at the sky. She always did this wondering what the old plantet Which they called earth was like. In The History hall they had the original journals of the first 200 Inside. She remebered when she was N Middle school her history teacher would read excerpts from each journal. history teachers and the elders council were the only ones allowed to take copies from the history hall. She. Always wondered if earth was still there and if life was the same. They were always told it was difficult and full of harsh society but she refused to beilve that. Coming out of her own thoughts she checked the time 5 mintues left until Science Class She walked into the building and up 2 flights of stairs unto the 3rd floor and opened the door to class 5C. 5 as in the 5th door on The 3rd level which was C.there were 5 levels 1 was a . 2 was b . 3 was c. And i think you get the point. she walked into the classroom, she was surprisingly one of the first people there and waited on the rest of the class. While she waites she saw a new teacher at the board . when he turned around all she saw was his blue eyes and gourgoues smile. She bit her lip and sat up straight not once taking her eyes off of him. "Im liking this class already she said aloud " @Raven @jacunliffe

Amelia walked out of the class, tucking her interface into her sidebag. She made her way up flights of stairs and paused outside of the science class, not wanting to be early. So she leaned against the wall outside of class, watching as a girl walked into the room. She recognized the girl from last years classes but names were slow to come to her today. She watched from her perch in the hallway as the girl clearly smitten by the teacher, called out about how much she 'liked' the 'class'. Amelia laughed a light laugh, her blonde hair falling over her shoulders as her hair elastic snaps. She shakes it into a decent style, checking her reflection in the face of the interface and walked into class. She took a seat beside the girl who had called out and said "Whats your name again? I'm Amelia.."

Oh im abby she said while setting up her portable interface to the glass desk. Senior year huh she started this is going to be so fun she said sarcastically. To Amelia while laughing and thinking at the same time "i wonder if i could fake failing this class. For some 'private lessons' she said while looking back at the teacher. @jacunliffe

"I doubt it. If anything he would give you a student tutor or something. I doubt he would give you 'private lessons' Abby." Amelia said not laughing but smiling lightly.

Hey How did u know what i was thinking! She abby looked confused , amazed , but also a little freaked out. Not alot just a smidge. She said while smirking and blushing.

@jacunliffe

Abby looked around and the class was already full then the bell rang . she stared at amelia and wondered if she could tell her about her 'gift 'also just as she was about to open her mouth to tell her she was cut off by a. Loud masculine voice and turned to face the teacher. " hello im Mr. Collins " he said. Not wanting to get in troubls she took out her stylus and wrote on her Portable interface where she sometime kept importnant notes amd wrote down her Interfaces Pin number for amelia to connect to and wrote at the bottom meet me at lunch @jacunliffe

" OH OTHELLO. ART THOU...EST...... ummm...... LINE"

The entire out door amphitheater seemed to collectively sigh as the Drama/ show director of this year's play: Othello, the Moore of Venice- tossed his master script into the air and ushered a loud 'CUT' which disbanded the set of would be thespians. Gathering around the base of the stage, Sedgewick popped up with waters and granola bars for the cast members. Chatting a bit with each character while making his way to the demoralized looking director.

" Ya know, Sheyla would make one HECK of a good tree if we dropped Ole Othello and went with A Midsummer Night's Dream..." The man chuckled and sighed, extending a hand which Wick supplied with a bottle of water. Laughing to himself, the sharp dressed senior kept walking, patting the teacher on the back as he headed to the main building of the academy. He had Psych next, which always seemed to put the youth in a great mood.

Marcus played volleyball throughout gym class. When the bell rang he walked through the locker room repelling the other students like a giant bubble. he entered his changing stall and switched out his gym clothes for his normal clothes. Once he left the locker room the bell for the next class rang. He paraded through the hallway without a single piece of emotion on his face. He disposed his gum by placing it in a students hair then quickly slipped another stick of gum in. He threw open his locker and sorted through the glass frame showing his homework and other assignments from multiple classes.

A storm cloud appeared on the horizon of his good mood, as Sedgewick turned the corner to head for his locker. Marcus Walsh. Guy was.... well that's a funny, tho odd, story actually...

Keeping a level expression of mild glee, Wick strolled on up the hall way, stopping adjacent to the dark haired fellow and turning opposite him to another set of lockers. Placing his hands on his locker, the door opened on it's own, allowing the dressy youth access to his belongings.

"How goes it, Mark?"

An attempt at conversation with this being usually was ill fated. But Sedgewick had faith. And was naive. Still, they where locker neighbors so having some kind of communication had to happen at some time. Maybe if he initiated it, then it would go a more peaceful way?

Maybe.... maybe.

Marcus didn't move his eyes from the glass frame. "It could be going alot better." He always found it strange how Sedgewick always tried to start conversations with him. "Whats it to you?" He tapped his finger and viewed his dozens of homework assignments. He pulled out his book, a thick book with an orange cover by the name of "Clockwork Orange". He stuffed it into his pack and closed the locker door.

" Oh ya know...... you're a senior student. I'M a senior student. We've gone to this school for years, brushed shoulders with the same people, been in the community together"

Talk talk talkity talk

Running a hand through his dark brown hair, the guy grabbed a book of his own absent mindedly, titled ' Lord of the Flies'. He glanced over as an orange bound book vanished into Marcus's pack. Sedgewick opened his mouth to say something, but paused and tossed his book back into his locker. "Just seems like with our worlds so close together, we'd, ya know.... have some more words with one another, I suppose..." Finding his text book for Psych, he added it to his book belt, securing it in place before closing his locker after Marcus had.

Marcus spun around and glared at Sedgewick. He put his hands up in a stopping gesture and peered at him. "Okay, listen, we may have been friends in the sixth grade, but I have changed, ALOT." He rolled his eyes and began walking down the hall but quickly spun around, "Your reading Lord of The Flies?" Marcus couldn't resist he had the biggest obsession with the book. "Ignore everything I just said. Are you liking it?"

" Oh ya...."

Feeling a bit disheartened and kind of let down, Sedgewick fiddled with the edge of his vest, before glancing back up when Marcus spun around. His face lit up; he couldn't help it, that was just how he was. " I've actually just started to read it in my spare time. Havn't gotten much in, just to the part where Ralph and Piggy find the conch." Shrugging, he slung his books over one shoulder, clearing his throat. " School and all that jazz, y'know? " shifting his tie in place, he patted it down, pocketing his free hand.

Cameron wheezed as she swung open the school door, weaving through crowds of students, all the while shouting apologies, as she dashed her way to her locker. She nearly slammed into her locker once she got to it, forcing her legs to a halt and smacking her palms lightly against the cool metal. Laying her head against her locker, she attempted to regain her breath. "Dear... God... First day of senior year," Cam mumbled between gasps and used her skull for an armrest as she slung her arm over her head. "And I'm late. Someone give me a medal."

After a mental scolding, she peeled herself from the locker. She opened it and hastily retrieved her Psychology book, hugging it close to her chest while her now white fingers clung to its sides in a death grip. Though class hadn't even begun, she figured going to this class a little early may somehow compensate on her missing out on today's earlier classes. It was false hope, she knew, but it was better than nothing.

It hadn't taken her long to high-tail it to Psychology class. She plopped down into the first seat she saw and gave an exasperated sigh, slipping her book onto the desk and absently shaking her leg while she waited for the other classmates to arrive.
